So disappointed! poor communication and terrible results! I booked an appointment with Anton, when I arrived he wasn't there. No one at the salon called or texted me asking to reschedule or to even ask if I would be willing to meet with another stylist. If they had called I would have happily rescheduled. However they didn't, nor did they even tell me when I was there. At this point I should have just left. I wanted to try something new, I am very meticulous about my hair and am a perfectionist, but had faith as this is such a well rated salon. So, I asked the stylist how bangs would look on me, I was very specific about the look even providing photos... a wispy Jane Birkin very slight fringe. Adding that I was nervous and would like to be able to tuck them in with the rest of my hair if I didn't like them. I wish he had just said no or that he didn't feel comfortable cutting fringe. But instead he gave me a false sense of security, telling me that he is a professional and knows best b/c he's cut hair in Milan and Paris. He cut thick, harsh, blunt bangs, with close to zero blending with the rest of my hair. Not even close in the slightest to the photos I showed him or the concerns I voiced. At this point the damage was done and I tried my best to be polite and just get out of the salon. All I wanted was to pay and leave, as I was paying they told me that there was an additional charge on a hair mask they used, I wasn't informed or even asked if this was okay and that it would be an additional charge. I spent the rest of the day crying and have truly never received a worse hair cut. I have contacted the salon and voiced my disappointment with them, I appreciate them offering a new appointment with Anton and a hair treatment, However the damage is done and they can't make my hair grow back. I don't wish to ever return to this salon again. read more

Diana is THE BEST! Her attention to detail and patience salvaged my hair, and I can't thank her enough! Unfortunately, she had to fix someone else's sad idea of a haircut... The feeling throughout the salon is very tranquil and relaxed. They are very much focused on the customer experience; soft music, head/scalp massage, intimate setting and most importantly a stylist that listens. Its my absolute pleasure to write a review for this salon. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this space and its team. When I walked in it was bright and feminine, with fresh flowers. I was brought a tea with sweetest little pot, tea cup, and flower. Rodrigo the manager, and Micheal the stylist were very kind and attentive. I was visiting from America and came in for a haircut with Micheal, and He suggested coloring also. He was very knowledgeable and I could tell He had the artists eye so I let Him do what He wanted. My hair color when I arrived was medium brown( cool tones) with ash blonde highlights. He took me warm and bright with a warm rich brown undertone and bright gold highlights. I would have never picked the hair color he gave me out of a catalog or picture but it worked! My eyes and skin popped and it brought me back to life. I felt like Audrey Hepburn on a Roman Holiday! Great organic Botox treatments! A little pricey but I think it's worth it :) the staff is also really nice and I particularly like that the place is small and intimate. They offer really good coffee at the beginning! Anton has his own organic hair products made with ingredients that are amazing for your hair. Will definitely come back! read more
