AVOID ! I have made the mistake of using this salon twice and I have learned my lesson the hard way. The staff are rude and inconsiderate, dont expect any sort of customer serivce here.
After having my fringe cut (badly) a few weeks previously, I found myself in desperate need of a trim for an important event. I thought I would risk T&G's again, hoping for better this time.
After ringing ahead and then waiting about 15 minutes to be seen, my hairdresser obviously did not want to cut my hair, and sulkily lead me over to a chair. He yelled across the shop to his colleague "Im going for lunch as soon as I get this out of the way," which filled me with confidence, obviously.
I went to take of my thick fur coat, and was told not to, so I sat in the boiling salon in my coat, with a gown over the top, very comfortable.
After spending a few minutes cutting away, he told me he was finished. It looked alright, maybe a little bit wonky, but I assumed it was because it needed washing and restyling. But to my surprise when I washed my hair next, my fringe was as wonky as ive ever seen it, a toddler could have cut it straighter.
It looked so bad a stranger at my important party the next night even commented on my wonky hair, which was upsetting, and left me frustrated that I had even paid.
Went and had it corrected at a different (not tony and guy) salon.
