For our wedding, we were looking for someone we could feel comfortable in front of, that could give us needed direction, that was highly organized and accountable yet calm and adding confidence vs stress to the day, that could direct but laugh with our mix of friends and family, and finally someone that would take initiative and work well with the other vendors throughout the day. Sarah turned out to be all that and more. She made us feel so at ease from the first phone call, first listening then offering suggestions. To our surprise, we had a blast at our engagement shoot and, to our even bigger surprise, loved every photo! I assumed we'd be so awkward and hoped for a few good shots - the photos captured the day - perfection. The wedding weekend was no different. Our friends and family loved Sarah, as did our vendors. And the photos speak for themselves. We had so much fun and are so thankful for the memories Sarah captured, We absolutely love her work and would highly recommend her!

My best friend has been dreaming of this winter wonderland wedding for so long- and I was sure today would feel stressful or rushed or imperfect somehow. I couldn't have been more wrong. He is (literally) world famous, and here he was genuinely sweet talking my children. He quietly took photos of the sweetest moments. I expected him to direct us and pose us- instead he danced through the night very organically, and his face was completely at ease. Zero stress. No fear of missing a moment or forgetting something. I loved him. You know his pictures will be unbelievable, but now you also know he is kind and modest. Thank you Jose!!!!

From the beginning, her communication was always prompt and clear, and she was happy to answer any questions. We met in person before I hired her, and I was impressed with her warm and relaxed demeanor. She worked with our budget and traveled down to Orange County for our wedding, which was awesome. Whitney was definitely a stellar value - of the photographers whose work I actually liked, she was one of the most inexpensive. On the wedding day, she arrived promptly to the hotel to take pictures of us getting ready. My bridesmaids remarked on how calm and sweet she was. I definitely appreciated this - I'm sure everyone wants something different, but I'm certainly glad that I didn't have an overbearing, loud, and commanding photographer. She blended into the background yet stepped up every now and then to guide us through some poses. She somehow managed to be everywhere she needed to be and captured all the moments we wanted without me telling her. We got our gallery and USB of photos right on time, just 4 weeks after the wedding. The photos are gorgeous with beautiful colors and natural light. She caught lots of great candid moments and natural expressions, which I loved. The posed pictures were mostly really cute too, though some looked too forced (I will take the blame for that... I'm not used to having so many pics taken of me!). Overall, we were thrilled with Whitney and will always be grateful for how well she captured our special day.
