They have some very lovely gifts and what I liked most is that while they had some more pocket friendly items from oversees, they also had a nice collection of handmade and locally made items. I ended up getting a hand painted ornament that was done locally and while it was quite a bit more expensive, I like to support small craftsman when I can and this store made that easier. My family ended up with some nice ornaments, tea, collectables, trivets, and other things. I would definitely return.

While I read mostly non-fiction, I was pleased to find a section of fiction books written by local authors. I purchased one that was autographed and plan to enjoy it when I get back home. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the store was well organized and clean, with the all the shelves clearly labeled. This was the best bookstore we visited during our Alaskan trip.
