They did cancel but also said they would not be refunding since I used the subscription already. Absolutely appalling. The bird poop on my vehicle was easily removed by wiping with a wet rag. How could your car wash not even remove new bird poop?! That's part of y'all's main marketing strategies! I'm new to Texas and noticed that it's very dusty here and my car literally gets coated in dirt/dust from the roads. So I was really shocked that $10 did a good job! Everything was very clean and the vacuums are GREAT! The vacuums weren't cheap half-ass suction ones, literally picked up almost everything. After doing a few additional touchups by hand, my car looked brand new like it just came off of a dealerships lot! Also by the way, a sign tells you to turn on your wipers and I did NOT. In my head I thought "they are going to start going off once it detects water and what if they get broken through the wash" it was quite odd to me. I received a coupon for a free car wash from a family member and I really thought that it was for Wave Wash (because they are relatively new to the area at that location). So I pull up and try to scan my coupon, but it didn't work. Next thing I know this very patient, very kind lady named Felicia was there to help. I explained that my coupon wasn't working. She very kindly and clearly explained that this coupon was not for their car wash. I guess she could see my embarrassment on my face or something because she gave me a business card to Wave Wash with her name "Felicia K", and said "If you go online and leave us a review, I'd be happy to take care of your car wash today!" I was shocked, and very grateful for her kindness. About the facility & quality of wash: Anyone who knows me will tell you that I generally do not like going through drive-thru car washes.
