I needed a front bumper repaired and a bull bar put on the front bumper. I was given a "reduced" rate of $120 per hour for labor and when I asked if waiting for the epoxy used to dry would be part of the install I could not get a straight answer. The bull bar had six total bolts and would take minimal time to install once the front fairing was removed. I have both a torn rotator cuff and a perforated disc or I would do the work myself. I was told, "some shops get $180 per hour for labor" as if that justifies their absurd hourly rate. I'm not saying this should be done for nothing, but these labor rates are rediculous. I won't be back.
