When I got home, I checked the company's website and found that the advertised price for a basic oil change is $65.99. I was disappointed by the difference between the price I was quoted in person and the price listed online. The line stopped but the brushes didn't. After running in the same area, deep scratches were left in our truck's finish. They claimed responsibility and then ghosted us. Took it to the Ford dealer where they tried to buff it out, but the deep scratches are still there. Apparently, this is a common problem with Fast Eddies. read more

I will never go here again. I paid for the full service to check my fluids and all that good stuff. I did not notice anyone checking my window washer fluid so as I was paying I asked the tech If he had. He replied yes of course. As I pulled put of the parking lot my washer fluid light turned back on. I went back in a different tech then filled it and said your all set. Never apologized for the mistake. Then 2 days later wile working on my vehicle someone checked my coolest because the seen something wrong. It was dangerously low. Now I wonder if they even changed the oil. This is ridiculous! I took my 2018 Honda Civic through the car wash earlier today. I bought this car looking brand new with nothing wrong on the exterior and now it's got two great big scratches on the rear bumper. Paid for the 'super duper', and I guees I got the 'shitty ditty'! Employees have poor attitudes.. when I complained the kid said I didn't pay enough to get my whole truck cleaned! Unbelievable! just go somewhere else! Someplace that's good! Update: When i went there I had them do an oil change too. I noticed I was leaving small oil spots where I parked. Took a look and oil filter was covered with oil! (Leaking around gasket). Took it back and they said it wasn't tightened all the way and they used a strap wrench to tighten it up. Per the book you tighten them by hand when new! These guys are incompetent morons! They probably ruined the filter mount! DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

My daughter went for an oil change today and was told by Randy that it would be $76 as the oil for her Nissan Altima wasn't available in their regular stock. After reading the reviews on line it is obvious that this is a common practice and only seems to happen when young girls or women take the car in for an oil change. Honest and careful as they come. Give them high marks for integrity. I haven't had my car washed there lately - they did great car washes in the past - because with my present car, the antennae won't fold down - when they noticed that, they advised against putting the car through, saying they didn't want to take a chance on it breaking, and suggested a self-serve down the road. I found oil leaking from my truck in driveway, took it to certified mechanic shop and thy found the oil pan drain plug loose. I had oil change a week prior. When I approached fast eddies with my 31 dollar bill for diagnosis of oil leak the "district manager" ask why I did not bring it to them to diagnose? They said they would speak to the owner "Matt" It has been 2 weeks no answer and it is impossible to find contact information for this company.
