Not cheap, but we'll maintained business, and free vacuums after. What's not to like?

Came in for the first time to get the salt off my car after it snowed. Brought in my brand new truck to try to take care of it because I didn't want the salt to cause rust. After getting home from the car wash there were a bunch of scratches in my hood in the direction that the brushes wiped in. I took my truck back and talked to an employee who inspected my vehicle and said it looked like the brushes caused it. I filed a claim to get reimbursed for the damages and thought everything would be fine. A manager called me three days later refusing to pay for the damages. Will never be back again. read more

Everyone said I need to try so went today to get my new truck washed. Very disappointed still dirty water spots all over and worse my new truck is scratched to hell and back. I will not be back for the 18 dollar the works thought be a better wash. read more

An employee told me I would get 30 days 2 times a week of free washes I just needed to pull into the 2nd or3rd lane and they would scan my tag,if I pay the twenty dollar wash. I went for the free wash and was told they have no record of it,and the guy didn't give me a receipt the first time. The guy the second time asked if I wanted to pay for it again and try it again. I wasn't going to try it again of course. So I went elsewhere. I have been there several times and most of the time the car wash doesn't get all the dirt of your car anyway. read more

stupid. no one stands outside to guide cars into the wash and there is hardly any supervision. all the employees just sit in their little room. today i wanted to wash my car bc i like when my car is clean. as always i got in line and waited for the car in front of me to get a little farther into the wash before i went in to avoid any incidents. i figured i was being smart considering the screen was telling me to go as soon as the car in front of me put their car in neutral and there was no one guiding us in. so i got up there and put my car in neutral as always and all of a sudden this stupid thing makes my car go super fast out of nowhere and makes me hit the car that was originally a whole car length away from me. i screamed so loud as it was happening like wtf???? luckily we didn't hit hard enough to cause any damage, but it was still annoying considering im a teenager who has never been in an accident before in my life. they stopped the carwash and the lady who came to my window was like "so yall hit. i'm gonna have you back up." so i was kind of still processing what was going on a little so i didn't start backing immediately and she goes "back up" like okay sorry i didn't expect that to happen i just wanted to wash my dang car. so anyways we finished the wash and of course my car wasn't clean the first time through so i was wanting to go through it again so it'd actually be decently clean. we exchanged insurances ljke girllll i ain't never done that and then i cried and then i went back through bc surely that wouldn't happen AGAIN? well. it freaking did. except this time i waited until i couldn't see the car in front of me anymore before going in. except i ended up being jerked up again, braking this time, ending up about half a car length in front of the car i was just was far behind. never going back. don't waste your time. ‍ read more

I have been to this car wash several times at this point, with the free month and now as a member. At first, I was not very happy with the service I was getting. That being said, while vacuuming my car, a gentlemen walked by changing the trash asking about how my day was going and he turned out to be the manager. Not only did this change my entire perspective, but he told me about extra value added for being a military member, making this place even more affordable and fit well with my schedule. This place offers competitive military pricing, and the manager gave me great tips on how to help the car wash get the bugs off the front of my car. Taking his tips, I realized that this car wash is actually phenomenal and one of the few that don't damage your vehicle because of a rough running wash. It does everything I need and is the only place in this town that can accommodate electric vehicles upon request. Thanks Dave! read more
