A pipe burst in my parent's house while they were away in hospital and the bottom floor got flooded. My dad is the one who usually handles these things, but he was the one hospitalized so my mom called me...we got an insurance claim started and after doing some very quick research so as to keep the claim moving, decided to go with ServiceMaster and THANK GOODNESS WE DID!!!!! From the very beginning, Mark Jr. and Mark Sr. were so positive and supportive and extremely helpful. I live in a different state and could not leave my job to come and help with any of this, but they never once made me feel like I needed to. I felt like I could 100% trust them. I felt like my parents were in such good hands and my parents also felt like everyone was very respectful and cautious with their belongings...and this cleanup was a BIG cleanup for a lot of reasons, and they never once made anyone feel shame about it. I can not recommend ServiceMaster of Lynchburg highly enough! If you have a household emergency, these are the guys to call. They are truly the best and I would definitely work with them again, although I hope to not have to!

Just stole money and other things. There is even more too much to write. Update: time for legal action. I would be very careful if you need remediation in the Lynchburgva Virginia area do not use Service Masters.

The crew worked incredibly hard during one of the hottest weeks of the year--in a hot basement, wearing full protective suits and respirators--and were always thorough, respectful and genuinely kind. An independent air quality inspector who came to test our home even pulled me aside after seeing their work and told me he had seen a lot of mold remediation over the years, that this team knew what they were doing, and that I should feel confident in the work being done. That meant a LOT. And they went far beyond the remediation itself--helping me secure a trailer for belongings I wasn't ready to deal with and repeatedly helping move things around the house as the work progressed. There were plenty of opportunities to say, "That's not our job." They never did. They just helped. I hope I never need mold remediation again, but if I do, I know exactly who I'm calling. Thank you, Mark and the whole Aqua-Spores team. You truly made a world of difference for us.
