But since it's a local store I wanted to pop in to make sure the quality of the items was as good as it looked. GPS was not friendly. It had me doing circles around the place. But when I finally decided to stroll along and see the road side display of a bombshell romper. It was enough to lead me in the store. I was given a friendly welcome. Once I told the woman that I was searching for something for a wedding she set out on finding me the cutest pieces. When you walk out you are guaranteed to have an unique item that someone will be complimenting later. Hours sometime fluctuate - but no worries you can order online. I do think one can still score some great deals here but the layout has changed and not for the better. It doesn't have the same vibe it once did. Obviously, it's a step down from Nordstrom but the same level of charm and customer service was offered long ago and I don't see this nowadays. Granted, the majority of cashiers who've assisted me are lovely but it's simply not the same level of customer service as in the past. I'm also not a fan of the hoardersville impulse items near the registers - giving off the Marshalls & TJ Maxx vibes but not the same prices. Love those stores, not hating but it isn't what old school Nordstrom Rack aesthetic offered. If we are junking it down, go ahead and decrease the prices too. On brighter notes, one will save 5% off their purchase if they're a Nordstrom cardholder and online purchases can easily be returned both at the Rack and Nordstrom at the mall.

Their items are always super cute and fashionable. The one thing is the old location would have more sales, I feel like and wider variety of clothes. Now it seems to be all higher end fashion, which is great and I'm sure that's what they were going for to begin with. I have come here a couple times to find beautiful dresses for weddings and I actually found one that I love this time for a wedding I have over the summer. The workers are always so kind. I scored some great finds at Express, and Rue21 is perfect for cheap, comfy casual pieces like shorts with pockets and Juicy Couture sweatsuits. The highlight was Saks OFF 5TH. I didn't buy anything, but if I had an event coming up I'd raid their dress department. The women's section is top notch, with Alice + Olivia, Ramy Brook, Versace, and more. Across the street, HomeGoods was a mob scene buried in Halloween décor, and TJ Maxx had a checkout line three lanes deep, so I skipped both. They also carry accessories, jewelry, bags, candles, and blankets. A small corner of the store contains vintage clothing. I would describe the style as tropical Boho hippy chic. The curated and artisan clothes are gauzy and beaded which was are perfect for the tropical South Florida lifestyle. Price points are in the medium range. A dress I liked was $62.
