Wow!!! What a wonderful place to shop…read more I'm not a shopper. I don't like to shop. I'm all about my "stick and move capers". Pop in and get what I need, then I'm out the door and on my way to my next stop. This shopping set up affords me exactly that... I can see all of the stores from the parking lot, find the ones I want to go, and avoid the ones I don't want to go to; I can go directly to those stores shop to get what I got to get and leave. Ample parking lots. Lots of discounts within the various stores... you talk about making a deal sweeter. Like that the stores observe the social distancing mandate. And the requirement to wear a mask is in full order on all of the stores that I went into. #duringthepandemic

I am sure it was the time of the year and day that made this such a nightmare to find a parking…read morespot. It was tax free weekend, unbeknown to us, that made it even more crowded that we expected. They had some folks "attempting" to direct traffic, not sure where they found them or if anyone had instructed them on how to do this job because it was chaos from the minute we pulled into the area. The prices were not impressive at any of the stores we visited. Disney was typically priced for any of their stores, Old Navy had better sales at our local store than the outlet, Toys R Us was a joke, Janie and Jack had a few good buys, shoe stores didn't impress us either. We had 2 younger children with us that were getting hot and very bored. I wish there had been a few more spots to sit and chill for them. Nike and Abercrombie had some decent buys. Overall, not worth the hassle trying to find a place to park, the stores were overly crowded, merchandise on the floors and not enough people working to keep the check outs moving at a decent pace. I love shopping here every other time I have been here so it must have been the time of the year that made it so underwhelming and yet overwhelming at the same time.

We decided to go to here to do a little Christmas shopping and to see if we could find some good deals for ourselves. I was truly surprised by all the amazing stores that are at this outlet mall and all the wonderful deals. The Old Mill in Pigeon Forge is one of those places that combines history, charm, and great food…read moreall in one stop. Built in 1830, the gristmill has been grinding grain for nearly 200 years, and you can still see the iconic water wheel turning on the Little Pigeon River today. It's a true piece of living history and one of the most photographed spots in the Smoky Mountains. One of the best parts is that the mill is still in operation. The flour and cornmeal ground here are used daily at the Old Mill Restaurant, which serves up some of the best Southern comfort food you'll find in the area. The biscuits, pancakes, and cornbread taste extra special knowing they're made from grain ground right on-site. You can also purchase bags of their flour and mixes at the General Store to take a little piece of Pigeon Forge home with you. The surrounding Old Mill Square adds even more charm, with a pottery shop, candy kitchen, and local boutiques. It's the perfect place to stroll, shop, and soak up the atmosphere. If you're visiting Pigeon Forge, The Old Mill is a must-see--historic, delicious, and unforgettable. https://linktr.ee/reessroots

I saw this store advertised on TikTok as having "deeply discounted Wrangler items," so I decided to…read morecheck it out. Unfortunately, the pricing didn't match the hype. Many of the Wrangler purses were actually more expensive than what I've seen at local flea markets, and most of the women's Wrangler jeans were priced at $74 and up. I asked the cashier whether the prices on the tags were the final prices or if there was an additional discount, since the TikTok videos were claiming items were around 70% off. Based on what I saw in the store, that definitely wasn't the case for most merchandise. My daughter did find a cute top that I bought for her for about $30, and she also picked out a pair of shorts that were around $45. They did have some discounted merchandise in the back that appeared to be discontinued or older inventory, so there were a few bargains available. Overall, I was surprised by the pricing, especially considering the word "clearance" is part of the store's name. Most of the items I looked at appeared to be regular retail prices rather than clearance prices. While there were some discounted items available, they were the exception rather than the norm.
