My wife fusses about it but the Audi was showing estimated range of 10 miles when we passed Harmony. The Valero which normally has great prices on gas was only one more exit down. Pulled in and all the pumps had plastic bags over the nozzles Houston, looks like we have a problem Got back on the road and by the time we went another 6 miles, Audi range said 0 and I'm willing to pay anything for gas. Pulled into the 7-Eleven which is just off the Interstate and filled up. Their gas prices were the lowest I have seen anywhere locally While I filled up, wife went inside to use the restroom and get snacks and her comment was the service was great. Try to avoid gas stations just off the interstate because they tend to take advantage of the situation but not the case here. On I-77 in NC, consider the 7-Eleven at exit 54. Limited experience with this location but this one was definitely positive.

On Monday, December 3rd in mid afternoon, driving en route to Washington DC on I-77 North, I had a…read moreheart attack due to a 100% blockage of the LAD arterial, a condition known in cardiac circles as the Widowmaker. Through the grace of God, I managed to get my pick-up off Interstate 77 on the exact exit of this rural BP station. I had no idea where I was. I entered the business of Sajjad Qureshi, the owner, to ask him the location of the nearest hospital. I then went back to my truck and called 911. While awaiting the rural EMT, Mr. Qureshi came over to my truck with four aspirins and told me to chew them not swallow them whole. Prior to coming to this country he was a dentist, had medial training and recognized my symptoms. As I learned minutes later in the ambulance from the EMT's, as they read from the EKG monitor taking me to a hospital with a cardiac ICU 16 miles distant, this man, the gas station owner, had saved my life. As I learned still later after angioplasty and the implantation of a stent, there is a 0% chance of recovery from the Widowmaker without IMMEDIATE medical attention. I owe my life to this stranger, this Good Samaritan, who left his dentistry practice and his life to come to this country. I did not buy a thing from him, he watched my car for three days as I was in Cardiac ICU and if he had not, without being asked left, his business to assist a me, a man he did not know but knew I was in deep distress, you would be reading not this but my obituary. This, to, is the definition of And every time I take I-77, I will stop at Sajjad's BP, buy gas and embrace him as a brother, because he put "service" in service station. I will thank God every day that in my time of most need, befuddled and crushed with pain, with the clock ticking and when every second counted he sent to me an angel, Mr. Qureshi, whose IMMEDIATE action, saved me from the fatal clutches of the Widowmaker.

They had a big board blocking the urinal because it was out of order. The bathroom smelled like it has not been cleaned. Hot water did not work. No soap in the wall mount. The did have a little individual soap pump in which they diluted with water. I did get a pop and snack. Everything was very poorly stocked. The little self service food area many things were out of order and even if not given the state of the store I would not use. The store kind of smelled like smoke. It doesn't seem like much has changed in a year from other people's reviews. If you have to stop for a restroom break do not stop here. Find somewhere else, drive 30 minutes the other direction, turn around, or whatever. Just don't stop here.

No need to walk to the window to pre-pay, that's not how it works. Me and my family have been going to this gas station for the past 8 years and their fuel has always been pristine. The quality is very very good. Never had an issue when it comes to that. The tobacco products that are sold are pretty reasonably priced, if not cheaper depending on if you use their quality perks card. This place is great!

Although, I have never to my knowledge had any car trouble related to this fuel, I am partial to BP fuel and I feel my vehicle runs more efficiently when I use that brand fuel. Additionally, this fuel is generally more expensive than other fuel stations in the area. This is simply two set of pumps,4 separate pumps total and a drive up window to purchase tobacco products. You generally pay at the pump with credit or debit and the pay window is only for prepaying with cash or tobacco purchases. Never had a bad experience here, it's just very crowded and not my first choice for fuel.

The gas part is well suited to the task of dispensing fuel; the pumps are up to date, abundant, and I've never seen one broken. The store is very convenient and aside from a slightly up-scale wine display it is stocked with the usual amounts of the usual items in the usual fashion. The availability of coffee and coffee related products and services is typical of the area: large pots of indeterminate vintage off to the side behind the smoothies and fountain beverages. Baked goods are all packaged which is kind of sad but the outdoor seating is usually occupied by people smoking cigarettes too close to the main entrance anyway. I am a fan of having a DQ on site but that's another review :-)

While the food and selection were good, the restroom conditions could definitely use some attention. Overall, it was an okay stop, but the restroom experience brought the rating down.
