I drove about 15 miles to the location and passed by several times (after the posted opening time) on Saturday morning. It appears to be a residence and was showing no sines of activity. I called the number 2 times and got no answer. What happened? OOPS!!! This was NOT the business's fault! I did not realize that there was a different phone number for the LaBelle location. I did contact the business and scheduled a visit to have my shotgun serviced. The gentleman was terrific and made my gun look and operate as new. Great price as well. Highly recommended!!

I wanted to get a drop in trigger on a firearm. The staff talked me into letting the smith do a trigger job - said it should be quick. It's been 7 weeks, I've called, and then stopped in after 6 weeks to ask the status, and if it hasn't been worked on to please return it so I can bring it to a smith who has time. The major disappointment - despite assurances the staff would contact the smith and give me an update quickly - after another 7 days waiting: Crickets - never got a phone call providing status. I called again today - got the same promises. I'm hoping to hear something soon. I realize delays happen, but leaving a customer hanging is just not courteous response.

Now ladies, most men hook us up with diamonds, flowers, chocolate and/or dinner on this special day so when I saw the store advertisement I jumped up and immediately messaged Evan who is one of the owners about a certain firearm my husband has wanted. It was a Ruger 57 FDE with red dot. Evan messaged me back immediately stating he did not have the specific one my husband wanted but he had a FN 5.7 in FDE . I was assured the FN 5.7 was the top of the line of the firearm my husband wanted I showed up and Evan and his team were quick to help me with the paperwork, and when I mentioned the red dot they wasted no time to install a Halosun X2 series dot with a circle. Needless to say my husband was ecstatic with his Valentine's Day Gift. They used to be online prior to having the brick and mortar location. They are still getting stuff in and was ordering more items while I was there. If they do not have it, they will get it for you. My husband has a WWII era bayonet with a rifle and is having a hard time finding ammo for something so old and Evan mentioned he would keep his eyes open for us and if he sees it will get it.
