I happen to walk into this altercation as I was arriving for my reservation for a trailer. The lady at the desk was yelling and screaming throwing her hands everywhere and acting like a child. She told the Elder couple that if they had a cell phone like everyone else and not just a landline that she could have reached them. As the couple walked out I said listen go to another location on 27 who will treat you with respect and be more than happy to help you. Well the lady at the desk then came outside calling me B and Whores in front of my children saying if I am going to speak to this older couple that i can go somewhere else too and locked the door. She didn't even have any idea what I was there for before she started yelling. I recorded everything and so did my car dash-cam and I will report it to the BBB and every group in highlands county as well as corporate for uhaul. The owner seems to not have any care in the world of his business goes down. The police arrived on scene and a report is made as well. My next stop is the states attorneys office and every social media group if the owner does not contact me regarding HIS employee who yelled and stated "I am not the owner". Do NOt DO not go to this place! You will regret it. I'll be leaving my reviews on every site! No customer let alone an elderly couple who's husband is blind and apologizing to you for the misunderstanding and your screaming at him! You are a disgrace!

Hangs up the phone on customers and refuses to to remedy problems. This will have to be the 3rd trip I make to Sebring to try and fix this situation. Biggest mistake of my life was renting from this place and having to deal with the rude woman in the office every day.

This was a complicated move with lots of moving parts and required some local storage. This place was new and had a great location so off we went. Arriving- Simple to find as it's in a little plaza on US Route 27 South at the intersection of Route 17. Acres of easy parking. Ambience- This is a brand-new facility, so everything is spotless and in working order. Nice offices to sit down in and work out the details. The spaces with the rental units are similarly spotless. Security looked good. Climate controlled units. Pro Tip- You need to supply proof that your Homeowners/Condo/Apartment insurance will cover your stuff, or they have an insurance company you can use. Cost- My friend reserved a 9.5 X 10 unit for $132 monthly. Note that you can pay month-to-month here. Moving In- The process worked as advertised with no bumps in the road. Moving Out- That process is in the future. Customer Service- Nice folks and no problems! Moving can be really stressful. You don't need anyone or anything to add to that stress. These folks were stress free so I'm going four stars.

There are multipe water puddle marks on the concrete, and moisture drops hanging from multiple seams in the roof. I have approximately 30+ pictures to validate my findings. The storage unit manager informed me that he would get the needed paperwork to make a claim. It has been a few weeks since I reported it, and the manager keeps saying that he can't get the paperwork right now.
