When I questioned if it had been - they had "forgotten" I must say I'm totally dissatisfied with the customer service at this establishment. OReillys sold us the wrong oil filter and caused our engine to blow. We were stranded on the lake…read moreand had to be towed. We went back to store to tell what happened and see what they would do. They admitted they made a mistake but wouldn't help us with the Adamaged engine. Offered us oil and the CORRECT filter is all. We had to send engine off and cost us $5000. I think we will hire an attorney or file a claim in court. So upset! And yes we went to District to ask them as well. Be careful when asking for parts because what info they put in the computer and the part they give you may not be correct.
