The guns are secured in glass cabinets that are a little hard to see due to the wood frames around all edges. You look down directly or sideways. I found a used gun that was a very nice price, marked about 1/2 of new. Once done the price was even lower and discount covered the sales tax too. They admit to keeping a database indefinitely which "profiles" customers. They share their sales and other data with other stores. Sounds like price-fixing to me. Staff and one owner (Ethan) were rude and disrespectful when I declined to identify myself for a non-firearm CASH accessory purchase and then again were rude and disrespectful when I complained about the disrespect and the policy. Said they had never heard of such a thing and implied that I was an extremist. Ethan actually said it's NOT TRUE that the customer is always right at Frog Bones. I absolutely believe him. I will NOT be returning or recommending to my students and friends. I guess I will never know if they try to be cash-friendly as they promised. Perhaps I'll drop off some pocket constitutions for them to read.
