Both the service and selection at this store are great! Not to mention the knowledgeable staff.

Everything you have ever wanted under one roof . Guns and rides. Laser engraving . JC did mine amazing work .

Misinformation over the phone. Went to buy a gun they had in stock and ken never told me it was missing the ajustabel sights. Drove 40 miles for nothing. Would of been nice if he would of mentioned it to me when I called. read more

I purchased a handgun and was missing one of the two magazines that was supposed to be included in the kit. I contacted the seller and after repeated attempts to resolve this issue nothing was done to fulfill my request for the missing magazine. Very disappointed in this store. This was a 5.7 Ruger which has been out for years. This is not special and the parts are readily available. The price I paid was fair for the contains of the kit if all the parts were included in kit. Brian the owner handled this and still no satisfaction on my end. The $35.00 for the mag is not worth the travel from Hobe Sound. They could send it to me, but they never made any attempt to contact me about the mag that was ordered and never arrived at the store. The one week he said it would take to be in, and I waited two weeks and glad I called before I went up there to come back empty handed. read more

Quick, easy, fast shipping and competitive pricing. Order twice a custom Glock 19 and a custom Glock 19 frame,

Excellent customer service. I bought on-line and they provided one on one communication on the product I was buying. Very flexible too. Will definitely buy from them again. read more

Great service and selection! I definitely will be going back. So much better than other stores I have shopped at.

Great group of people at the Tactical Store! They always take the time to answer all my questions and don't try to force a sale. Not just with me, I see it with all customers when I go in there to window shop. My friends took a CCW class there and loved the instructor and class. They have a huge selection of guns, Ammo, and accessories. read more

So, in my journey to find a decent weapons store in Port St. Lucie...I came across this place! I'm only rating 2 stars b/c I wasn't too fond of the disposition of the woman behind the register! Also, misinformation is a big thing with me! I like to get the best prices for accessories, and ammo! Don't tell me "A little over $100" and that price ends up being $130, on an item that you can get on Amazon for $99! I support Mom and Pop establishments but markups THAT high, are not palatable for me! I didn't hit them for not having the ammo I wanted, it's COVID season and many places don't have .45 Acp rounds! I will fault them for only having ONE .45 acp extension magazine! This is a store that boasts customizing a Glock! You can't be OUT of ANY glock magazine of ANY capacity! So overall, 2 stars for inventory, pricing, and disposition...I'll only go back if I have no choice! read more

The tactical store really has the no frills best price on gear and weapons. This is the place To go for all your pistol needs

After driving all over the place and calling around, this was where I ended up and I'm glad I did. The people behind the desk were nice, informative, and fun to talk to. The ammo was affordable as well - I'll definitely be back. read more

Great place to purchase a firearm , Brian and Kim are always very polite and professional .

They are wonderful at the tactical store. Very friendly down to earth & HONEST crew!! The owner Brian always gives my bf & I a good deal & is always honest. They have never stared us wrong. I have bought four guns from them so far & my bf has bought 7 or 8 as well as made some trades & we are going to keep on giving the tactical store our business because we trust them, they have great quality products new & used and they are also very knowledgeable and have helped us out a great deal with a lot of different things. One of the things I love the most about them is they don't treat me any differently because I'm a girl, they have never made me feel uncomfortable no matter how many questions I ask, cuz I don't know a whole lot about guns & they are more than willing to explain and demonstrate. I got a whole different attitude at Lotus which is for a different review. I always have a pleasant experience at the tactical store. They even just chat with ya as if you've been besties for years if ya just hang out & chill too. They're really awesome!! Stop by & check them out!! read more
