The guns are secured in glass cabinets that are a little hard to see due to the wood frames around all edges. You look down directly or sideways. I found a used gun that was a very nice price, marked about 1/2 of new. Once done the price was even lower and discount covered the sales tax too. License check is fair and all the employees, including Craig, were perfect. Great buying experience and wish we were local to use the range.

One day I was asked not to come back and never given an explanation despite the three emails and two phone calls over the last couple years I have received no explanation . I buy a lot of guns , I have great relationship with all of the other local gun Distributors and gunsmiths so would love to give them a five-star review and I'd love to be able to buy ammo at a store that's 500 yards from my house I cannot. And anyone who doesn't have conviction to stand behind the reason they would ask a regular customer to stop coming cuz unfortunately someone I can't in good conscience give a good review to​. I'm also new to shooting indoors so I was unsure if I would be able to shoot but the staff kindly informed me of what I needed and had to do. After that it was just about settling in to the environment (which was amazing). I didn't check it out this visit but they have a variety of different firearms to "try out" which I thought was pretty cool because it's definitely a wide selection to choose from. I'm a Glock girl and do not have any issues with that. Except, we can't bring our own weapons to work to qualify. With my hand and the fear of losing my job, I sought out Vinny to help with the basic fundamentals and learning new skills. And to get my confidence back. As soon as I contacted him and spoke with him, I could tell that he was very calm, understanding and I knew, (even over the phone) he could help. He had a great program, taught me things that I had forgotten from my law enforcement days and taught me some new skills. I totally recommend him if you are just starting with firearms, trying to keep up on training or just need someone to help with your confidence. I will be going at least once a month, until I feel confident like I used to be. He really helped and I totally appreciate it! The gun range is Continental Shooting. They were also very helpful. I had a very frustrating experience trying to pick up a firearm order at Bass Pro Shops. I recently…read moremoved, and my driver's license still shows my old address. I brought my valid government-issued photo ID along with my current vehicle registration showing my updated physical address. Bass Pro's own pickup instructions say that if the address on your photo ID does not match your current residential address, you may be required to provide a second form of government-issued documentation with your current physical address, such as a vehicle registration, voter ID card, concealed carry permit, hunting license, etc. That is exactly what I brought. My driver's license was my photo ID, and my vehicle registration was the supplemental proof of current address. However, the employee/manager still turned me away and acted like I was trying to use the registration as a photo ID, which was not the case. To make it even more frustrating, I contacted several other local firearm shops afterward, and they all said that a valid driver's license plus current vehicle registration is acceptable for this situation. So it appears this was either a misunderstanding by the store or an overly restrictive store decision that was not clearly explained. I understand firearm sales require strict compliance, and I respect that. But customers should not be turned away when they bring the exact type of documentation Bass Pro's own instructions say may be used. The process was confusing, poorly handled, and wasted my time. Very disappointing experience.
