Global Restoration did a horrible job on my water damage claim. They put doors up to replace…read moredamaged ones, the doors did not fit correctly so instead of making it right they left the doors with the doorknobs lower than before. They did not do all the work that was required, left a pod sitting in my driveway with my personal belongings in it that they were paid to load and unload, me and my family had to unload our belongings ourselves. Do your homework before allowing them to do work for you. They never completed the job.

I worked closely with Dan and Freddie and both kept me informed. Only downside was the level of pressure and urgency they put in the begginning; it almost felt like a "do it now or else" mentality that you get in info-commericals or scams. This portion made me hestiate on some decisions as I was unclear/uncomfortable on what's covered vs what I would have to pay for out of pocket. Apart from this one issue, I would highly recommed this firm and work with them anyday. I am guessing they charge a lot but if it's through your insurance company, don't blink and go with their judgment :D

In any case, first couple weeks of destruction process, everything was going smooth. My only issue with the workers was that one of them stole my mom's $3200. After confrontation, the owner found out and gave mom $3000 and we were assured that the culprit was let go. My trust was wavered by then but we continued with them because the owner returned mom's most money. However, the fire soot had damaged everything and I was assured that we will be able to total it all. Buy later we discovered that much was claimed as restored but here I thought that it was damaged for claim. Everything boxed up, but not protected well and seemingly left on damaged property to collect dust and debris and exposed to weather elements. During inventory process, we trying to look for a gold chain that should have been stored as well but was never found. It was a disappointment that alot claimed as cleaned and useful was also not protected well to keep so nothing was actually kept. I'm not sure who was at fault in all this but all parties involved say that it is up to the restoration team to have moved items that were worth keeping off site. Maybe it isn't this company at fault for miscommunication or mismanagement. But when we attempted to get info on some items, there was no feedback in the end. Towards the end, we couldn't continue with same to move items from property in order to prepare. I'll give you this, They were great with the demo part. Fast and furious. I am not confident about restoration, but that could be because my stuff was truly not restoration worthy. But because a big chunk of claim went to dry cleaning (stuff I never kept) and here, I lost a lot of potential claim amount.

Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. The craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the finished result: the insulation, new walls, painting and the vinyl floor planks they installed looked as if they were always there. Their work helped transform the appearance of the dingy dank basement and now, a light, clean open space. It resembles a model showroom! I 'm extremely grateful to Mike and Shimon for their expertise, honesty, attention to detail and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Prime Mold Removal-they are outstanding and make the entire process smooth and the physical results beautiful. Thank you Mike and Shimon!
