I brought my car to Shannon in Oct of 2025 he rebuilt my transmission all was well until it went bad in February of 2026 he then proceeded to have problem after problem and had my car in his possession for 3 months, it was returned to me with thousands of dollars in damage to suspension components and body damage. He declined to take any admission of guilt and I'm currently being forced to sue him for damages. Shortly after I filed the suit for property damage the transmission failed again and he declined to honor his 1 year warranty so now I am forced to open another suit to cover the cost of having certified transmission do it. He used to get referrals from the mechanic shop I use which will be happening no more after they have seen everything he did to me. Pretty strange him being unwilling to turn over his insurance information or make me whole financially for everything he/his employees did will cost him 10 fold in referrals.

They dropped me off at my destination and called a few hours later. The whole front brakes and everything related were shot. It was a good thing I had scheduled for service! I gave them the go ahead and checked back around 5:30pm. They were 75% done and expected to be finished by 10am tomorrow. This was the case and I returned around 10 to pay and get my car. They explained that the brakes were so new that I would have to get used to them. This is certainly true! However I can now drive anywhere and not worry about stopping for children or bad drivers. Everything is warranted by them and I actually got discounts because of old parts they had worked on last year. They are trustworthy and gave me a list of other things to watch on my car for the future. I have quite going to the cheap places because they have either broken my car or NOT FOUND the problem!

I brought it back just 300 miles over the warranty, just 7 months after the original purchase. IT NEEDS A FULL REBUILD and now they are NOT HONORING THE WARRANTY despite me bringing it in prior.
