Located in the twisty pedestrian Arabe section of town, I was drawn here because of Yelp as well as…read moretheir prix fixe menu. Had the 12,50€ dinner that included appetizer, main and Morrocan mint tea with dessert. Daughter split with me and also had a milkshake. Falafel was spot on being moist and flavorful. Second course of chicken tagine had vegetables but no couscous. Veggies were a bit over cooked but chicken was falling off the bone. Mint tea was fresh and sweet. Loved the ambiance and the music! Discovered a couple of new artists that went straight into my Spotify playlist. You get a view of the pedestrian walkway below. Our waiter I discovered spoke French which was a relief since my Spanish is not so great. He actually spoke five languages: Spanish, Arabic, French, English and Berber.

I ordered the house mint lemonade- which was heavenly, so surprisingly sweet and refreshing (I am now addicted). We also ordered a small platter of assorted Moroccan pastries. These were delicate and crispy, drizzled with honey and garnished with whole almonds, filled with nuts and cinnamon and spices, in such different shapes and varieties. These morsels are simple looking, but every last crumb is sweet and delicious.

I went here with a group to try their tapas, and I only wish we had found out about this place…read moresooner because the tapas are really impressive, especially considering the fact that you get to choose which tapas you want. I was somewhat underwhelmed by a lot of the tapas places in Granada, since the quality seemed lower since they were free with your drink. However, the ones here were much more interesting. You get to choose 2 different tapas per table with a round of drinks, unless you get an extra tapa for 1.5 euros. I ended up trying the moroccan chicken, goat cheese caramelized onion tosta, smoked salmon, and fried eggplant. My favorites were definitely the moroccan chicken and goat cheese tosta. These 2 tapas are absolute must-orders. The chicken is very well seasoned, so it's packed with flavor and on top of a bunch of cous cous. And the tosta is rich with flavor, as well. The goat cheese goes perfectly with the sweet caramelized onions. The only thing is that the tosta can get a little too sweet, since they also drizzle on a sweet dark sauce on top. I was really satisfied by the tapas here, and I think they're some of the better ones in Granada. I would've gone here again if I were still in Granada.

(12/10/2016) We wanted to do a tapas bar crawl and were recommended to start at Duende 15. Lucky…read moreus, we were there early for Spanish time (like 8 pm). Place was pretty much empty, we ordered 2 beers, got our 2 tapa. Within 30 minutes, the whole place was packed to the gills, packs of young men on the prowl, tri-generation families out Christmas shopping. Drinks were cheap, tapa were just a small-proportioned bite, and free (2 varieties per table). We had the Toast with Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onion and Toast with Salmon Marinated in Citrus (like gravlax). Both were pleasing, simple combinations. Locals kind of place, not exactly tourist-friendly.
