Because the property owner doesn't live at the affected house, they traveled from another part of the city and rearranged their schedule specifically to meet the estimator. We also learned that the neighboring property we initially believed the tree had fallen from is vacant, making it even more important to determine responsibility and move the process forward. Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend a company that confirms an appointment and then fails to show up or communicate with the customer.

It is pretty obvious that the weight from their boom truck crushed a section of my sewer drain pipe…read morein my front yard. They did not use an outrigger pad, but their claim is that there's no way to prove this is what caused the sewer line to be crushed. We have pictures of the depression made by the outrigger. It just so happens to be right over the sewer line. Their insurance would not pay nor did the company offer to help in any way. Needless to say we had to have our sewer line repaired shortly after George's Tree Service parked a truck on my front lawn to remove one of my trees. Think twice before hiring the cheapest vendor out there. We didn't.
