First, Ken waited the store after closing so my husband could buy the necessary parts to "cap" it off, as 4 different plumbers said they couldn't come out before Tuesday on the holiday weekend. When that didn't work, Ken met us at the store (closed on Sunday-New Years Eve) at 8am to sell us a new hot water tank and related parts. He even loaned my husband a couple of necessary tools. The BEST part? Since the store was officially closed, both times, Ken said just come back and pay me on Tuesday!!! It's nice to know that there are people like him in business. As for the employees, I really can't comment, as none of them even acknowledged my existence until I got to the checkout.
