I bought a washer and dryer brand new the dryer came off the truck damaged after box was removed. We called home depot on the spot and they did everything to have it replaced. Working with the rhinelander store was fabulous. However the driver was rude in a hurry and had a attitude. If I had to do it over I would tell that driver to keep it on his truck and get off my property. I paid for delivery and paid to remove the old appliances. Plus he couldn't speak my language to save his life. I work hard for my money just like everyone else. I even removed old appliances before driver arrived to make his job easier and all I received from him was a I dont want to be here attitude. Just pisses me off. read more

Home Depot is the best place to go for home fix-up stuff. They have everything you need for DIY, like hardware, lumber, gardening stuff & cool tools. The store is huge, but they keep it well organized, so it's easy to find what you want. The people who work there are nice and can help you out if you don't know what you're looking for. You can even order stuff online & pick it up in the store. It's like a one-stop-shop for making your home awesome! I'm not a big fan of the hand scanners at the self serve registers. They were introduced at the peak of Covid. At a time when we're all supposed to keep our germs & microbes to ourselves. read more

Do not under any circumstances order things online or special orders. If they don't have it on the shelf, then the employees will mess up your order and then blame you. They have messed up several orders of mine and every time it becomes a dispute to get refunded. Go elsewhere. Every time I call there happens to be no supervisors at work. They will do everything they can to shift the blame on the customer. I spoke with two delivery guys after rejecting an order that was received incorrect from what I ordered and the delivery guys stated that they have been having a lot of issues with deliveries from only the Rhinelander location. Stated that items will set for months. Well my product was at their facility for over a month and they acted like they couldn't find the product, then stated someone picked it up, then finally said they would deliver it to my house, just for the order to be wrong? I do not recommend shopping at Home Depot. I spent Over $10,000.00 there last year alone. They offer the 11% match from Menards. I have pro rewards and was told that with that I would not get the 11% but other benefits. I received nothing. When I inquired I was told all of the offers were expired. I called corporate and was read a script. Just completely did not care. You cannot get ahold of the CEO or even their secretary. Tried to email and not successful . Shop Menards or Lowe's. Extremely disappointed! read more

I think this place is great it's very clean, the employees are absolutely fantastic and the service is great! The selection is huge!

I had a problem with the door on my new LG refrigerator and I was told that someone would come out and look at it. I was also told I'd get a text a couple of days before hand and they'd call the day they were supposed to come over. No calls or texts and no show twice now. I told them to just take it back, but after being on hold for over half an hour, I hung up. This is a vacation home so I drove up the 350 miles in a sleet and snow storm to be here the 2nd time. No calls and no show, I sat home all day waiting. read more

We have been in the area for only a little over six months. In that time we have utilized this store multiple times. The people here have been very accommodating and have made shopping here for items we are using in our home here a pleasure to shop for. Not enforcing wearing of masks due to virus. Many people in store not wearing them. Menards selling masks at entrance and everyone in store was wearing one. Menards also was disinfecting carts when returned. Menards also had considerably more business. With snowbirds returning from cities and tourists, there will be more potential for exposure to virus. read more

If it was possible to give them a lower than one star I would. We purchased a dishwasher from them. Used it one time and it leaked all over my wood floors. We called and they have to have them serviced by Furniture and Appliance mart when under warranty. The first time they were there they did not bring the right part - ordered the right part and to date 12/5 I haven't seen them. Called Home Depot and talked with Chris the manager - he took the information down. He did follow up so that was good. I then received the call from Furniture and Appliance mart and they would not be able to be there until Dec 27/28. All I can say is I will never by another appliance from either Home Depot or Furniture and Appliance Mart! poor service from both!!! read more

A while back I placed an on line order at Home Depot .com . I was notified It arrived and I could pick it up at the Rhinelander Wisconsin Home Depot. Since the time I'd placed the order for in store pick up, my wifes cancer got significantly worse. I live over 50 miles from the Rhinelander Home Depot and with the Corona virus spreading fast I did not want to risk picking up my order and possibly spreading the virus to my wife. I called customer service at the Rhinelander Home Depot and after explaining my concerns they were happy to send my order to my house. Thank you Home Depot read more

We purchased a toro recycler on line after looking at it at the Rhinelander store. The one we received on line would not let us adjust the height of the wheels. Actually a plastic part broke making the mower unusable. Returned to Rhinelander store. They were great and immediately exchanged it. The same model. The parts were all metal and works great. My question is why would the online store send what was supposed to be identical actually more cheaply built. If it wasn't for the wonderful Rhinelander staff, I would never shop at Home Depot again. read more
