Called them back on Friday and ordered another arrangement (asking for Saturday delivery - just before the memorial service). Was assured on the phone that they would be able to fill that order. Received an email two hours later that they were unable to fill that order, as well. Called Trig's and spoke with Chrissy - she was amazing. Confirmed that she had the star gazer lilies that I requested and that she would make up the arrangement herself and see that it was delivered on Saturday. I cannot express how much I appreciate her assistance. I live in Arizona so it is nice to know that there truly is a LOCAL business that will help when help is needed. Thank you, Chrissy!

Lori did the flowers for our daughter's wedding at Dillman's Bay Resort in Lac du Flambeau, and the flowers were just stupendous! She translated what we asked for into physical reality and then some! Lori and her assistant arrived promptly, set up quickly, and even dealt quickly and creatively with what could have been a colossal mishap for an outdoor wedding--a collapsing arch made of birch logs. Alas, the arch couldn't be salvaged (and didn't take anyone down with it), but thanks to Lori's quick thinking, creativity, and flexibility, the floral arrangement for the ill-fated arch was quickly attached to another structure, which worked just as well. Thank you, Lori, for providing the floral component of what was a very special day for our whole family!
