I went to Mayo in Rochester after this to seek help with the butcher job valencia did because he did not want to deal with the results of the mutilation he did . He actually wanted to cut on me more and remove my teeth. He forced me to go back to work on codeine until what is left of my tongue had swollen so badly from trying to talk that he had to excuse me from work again. When I was I was told that the sore on my tongue was not cancer. The two top ENT specialist for Mayo told me they did not want to touch my mutilated tongue in fear that they would only make it worse. They did their best to tow the Mayo company line but their body language gave them away. When I asked them why I was not referred to them instead of being mutilated by valencia they could not even give me an answer. Each and every time I try to talk and swallow I regret ever trusting valencia because of the pain. Cutting makes them more money than curing . It is pure greed at Mayo and that is how they get the money to keep expanding. They have the best lobbyists in the medical field so no lawyer will even take a case against these butchers. Ever wonder how and why a person could become so crazed that they ram into their building with a vehicle? I can see why . White collar crime. Oh, by the way . We visited this urgent care center on a weekend when we were traveling in the area. The intake…read moreprocess was easy and quick and we were promptly seen by a pair of nurses who evaluated if we needed ER services or urgent care. We were directed to Urgent Care and were pretty much immediately given a room and then quickly seen by a PA. Our baby ended up with an ear infection diagnosis and we were given a prescription and sent on our way. The visit itself was great - staff were courteous and friendly. The process was quick and easy, very little wait. The problem came a day later when the baby wasn't getting better and we ultimately realized the dose of antibiotics he'd been prescribed was wrong (it was a way weaker dose than he needed). We contacted the hospital and staff looked at the case and admitted their staff had made the error. They called in a corrected prescription to the pharmacy. I get it, people are human and make mistakes and I certainly wouldn't want anyone to lose their job over this. However, what I would have liked to see at this point is the hospital recognizing that there is a systemic flaw that allowed such a mistake to pass by without being caught. I'd like to see the system improved so it can't happen again. We did call to request such a review and were told they'd get back to us.... still waiting!

Dr. Kincaid was rated "the Best of the Best" for Sauk County and has been widely recommended by my friends and family. He has a very calm, kind demeanor, thoroughly explains things, is very honest as well as interacting with the children in stressful situations. Nice sense of humor. We saw his colleague when Dr. Kincaid wasn't in clinic and he was geat too. Very personable and kind nursing/MA staff for initial prep as well as shots. Best experience at a medical facility (and I have been in many)!

They also failed to move me to a more comfortable bed for an hour and a half even though they knew I wexperiencing severe neck pain due to severe neck arthritis and a bad pillow. The nurses in the hospital kept me awake all night laughing and gossiping in the hall outside my room, so I got no sleep for 36 hours while in a health crisis. The doctor was extremely chauvinistic and lectured me extensively on what a bad patient I was for taking estrogen for hot flashes and he wouldn't stop even when I asked him to leave me alone (this was at 4 in the morning, by the way) After my stay a grievance was opened and I spoke with various people for a total of about two hours of wasted time. I was promised that they would call back with a plan about how some of the miscommunication and poor care could be avoided in the future. I requested apology letters from the nurses who kept me awake rather than asking that they be written up. I was promised that I would get thode. I never got my return call or my apology letters. So they blew me off twice, once with my care and again with my complaint. They absolutely do not care one bit about their patients and I would recommend going just about anywhere else but here. Truly awful "care."
