John is not just a mechanic--he's a master of his craft and a genuinely good person who truly cares about helping people. I have a convertible Nissan 370Z whose top decided not to close. Instead of the dealership (that's another review), I knew that I could trust John to assess the issue and provide his honest recommendation. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done and why. He advised that this wasn't a repair that he could do. He took the time to reach out to a fellow shop owner to see if they could handle the repair. They couldn't, however, John was able to secure some highly respected shops I could call that specialize in this type of work. On top of that, he followed up to explain that if the shop secured used parts, the warranty would be the same as new and less expensive! His honesty and integrity are rare in this industry, and his expertise is unmatched.
