Not only did Dale give us a really good bid (same as one other, quite a bit less than another - who we feel were trying to scam us, claiming "quite a few repairs" were needed), but he was able to get going within a few days. Dale and his crew showed up on the minute, day 1. That day, they pulled off all of our old shingles. Day 2, they were on the minute again and were able to complete our 2 roofs in one day. His crew worked like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend ARM roofing to re-do your roof. At least get a bid from them. They will show up the day they say (a huge plus in this industry) and stick to the bid and the time frame.

Well the roof has leaked ever since 3 to 4 years now. He has come out and looked at it a couple times and said it was fixed but it still leaks. Today 1-12-2021 it is raining heavy and I have already called Dale a couple times and left messages and he does not get back to me at all. We use to bowl together and I love the guy but now my ceiling is falling into my home and I have buckets scattered on the floor catching water. He did a good job on what was a very high roof line and he did not make any mess in the yard, putting all of the debris into a bin instead of tossing it over like some do. They encouraged me to fight my insurance company, which drug on for over three months. I did this under the impression I needed a whole new roof. I had to do the legwork of the communication with my insurance (granted they were being difficult too), while what Blaze said at my initial meeting was they would "go to war" for me. I got another, independent quote from a reputable roofer, which ended up being half the cost of Blaze. The most damage done was by a tarp being on for three months, with additional damage done during the removal. When I reported my concerns to Blaze, they sent me a long, clearly AI generated email saying they would no longer work with me, which was just as well. I didn't hear back from the owner, though he took the time to respond to my negative review. Nice people, but get a second quote/opinion for sure

They were able to fit me in the next day and get the job done, using all the materials that I already had on site. About as professional a company as one could hope for. I never met the team in person, but handled all the work via phone and could see their work and actions via full coverage surveillance system. Everything was done to the highest quality, and I was provided with multiple photos of the work during and after completion. After completion, I offered to pay more somewhat as a "tip" since their level of service deserved it, but they wouldn't have it. While I expect my roof to last for decades, I would love to find additional roofing projects in the future for the company. I hope that I can provide them additional work by reference at the very least - they deserve to be one of the more successful contractors around.
