He did a fungal culture if my sinuses sent it to quest but they never put my name on the sample. I requested all of my documents because I was going to see a different doctor. The new doctor requested my records and they never sent them. I went into his office and demanded they give me my records, they said well the doctor the has to do that. I said he has had over 1 month to do this and I am not leaving this office until they are in my hand. So I waited at the check in counter until they gave them to me. Definitely don't recommend super unorganized office and staff.

I was brought back just a few minutes after arrival and Dr. saw me a few minutes later. After a pleasant conversation as to why I was there and the symptoms I was experiencing, Dr. Cohen listened attentively and followed up with some probing questions. I then transitioned into a separate room where Dr. and staff performed a very easy and quick multi-dimensional CT scan of my nasal cavity/passages. Within a few minutes, Dr. was back in the exam room explaining in great detail what my issues happen to be using the CT image as a visual. Straight forward diagnosis and easy to follow along while Dr. speaks to me and the image. Dr. offered a few different options for me and recommended an easy, effective in-office procedure that should clear up my decades old symptoms for good. I will have Dr. Cohen perform this quick procedure on me in a few weeks and I look forward to breathing clearly for the first time in many, many years. I'm very glad to have found Dr. Cohen and I'll be referring all my friends and colleagues his way, as well.

She performed double frenectomies on both my infant daughter and my toddler son and the changes we are already seeing are magnificent! She was so caring, understanding and informative throughout the entire process and her team was as well. My son is a uncooperative little booger and they were all so patient with him. We will forever be grateful for the care we received from this practice. Thank you!

Being our first baby, we were extremely concerned about his issues with his passage way. Unfortunately, no medical professionals were diagnosing him. They were stumped. We finally got referred to Dr. Tylor, right around the time our son turned 10 months. At our first appointment, she walked into the treatment room and was able to diagnose him in 30 seconds by just looking at him. She was able to suggest a treatment plan going forward and didn't want to waste anytime. She happily answered about a million questions. Fast forward to his outpatient surgery before his first birthday, everything went off without a hitch. Her surgical team was amazing and you could just tell they respect her as the expert. Our son got a cold after surgery, and Dr. Tylor answered my frantic calls and texts around 11pm at night. I think most importantly what I want to say is...having a baby is hard already. We were already so stressed out, and Dr. Tylor treated him as if he was her son. I will never be able to thank her enough for her care and expertise. He was a different child after the surgery. Babbling, running, BREATHING, thriving. From our hearts, thank you. P.s. She works her tail off. Never not working.

He truly is a "star" in the medical field. I am a medical professional myself and am often very disappointed in the quality of care that i receive; in this case I was stunned by the expertise of Dr. May and his ability to diagnose and find an appropriate manner of treatment for me. His caring manner and humor was the bonus of the day. I have referred many people to him and will continue to do so. He is the example of excellence that all doctors should aim for.

He sent me for an MRI, which proved a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. We discussed surgery at length and being an an athlete was most worried about being able to exercise. He explained in detail the physiological reaction to septoplasty and the recovery time. Anyway, I went ahead with surgery and within 24 hours I was breathing better than I have in over a decade. It has been less than a week, and he has reversed the effects of 10 years in a single week. Just like any surgery, post surgery was painful, but a week later I don't regret it a single bit. Dr May is one of the most thorough Doctors I've met, and a cool and funny guy to top that.
