We got it, opened it, it was the wrong material. Too heavy. I was wrong. I called them immediately. Not only were they rude but they wouldn't do a refund. Their policy states the following: *If we do allow a return or exchange it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Okay, so I offered to pay the restocking fee and the shipping. Still a no. I offered to pay 30%! Despite what Bobby G and his obviously faux review in email style has to say, Solution One Maritime does NOT have great service. They are rude and just plain MEAN. Now I have to put this stupid cover on eBay and cross my fingers someone buys it for a good price otherwise I'm paying my boss back for every red cent. DAMN.

Seafarer Marine Supply Rocks!!!…read more Tom and company not only completed a very difficult Atomic 4 to Yanmar 3YM30 conversion a few years ago on my C&C 33 sailboat but, have also handled items such as re-packing the stuffing box (very difficult due to this being a v-drive with the packing gland being located under the engine), providing engine care maintenance advice, and are great resources for Yanmar parts. I could not be happier with the service provided by Tom and his crew at Seafarer Marine Supply. They have always been "johnny on the spot" with advice and services. Since my first interaction with Tom and his crew a few years back they have always been very professional and more than fair with the pricing of products and services. I have nothing but great things to say about Seafarer Marine Supply and greatly appreciate all of the assistance they have provided me over the years. I would highly recommend Seafarer Marine Supply to anyone needing marine services and/or parts. Thank you Tom and crew and Seafarer Marine for all that you do!!! Mike Twining

Everything about our experience with Indian Springs Marina was terrific! The whole family bent…read moreover backwards for us in our efforts to purchase a Robalo R247 (a great boat if you are looking for fishing and watersports). First, Steve, the architect in the family, spent nearly an hour with us at the boat show going over every detail of the boat. The next day, the "dad" in the family, Lou, helped us determine exactly what options we wanted and what was available from the manufacturer - and it turned out he had already picked out all of the "best" options. From there, Jenn took us out on a test drive and a couple days later, Allison (I hope I got this one right), sealed the deal for us with her kind and understanding manner. But the great service did not stop after we made the decision to purchase the boat. In fact, it only got better. I believe it was "Mom" who jumped in and helped us with the paperwork as we only had an hour or so before heading out of town. Mom was actually on vacation out of town, but was nice enough to take time away from her vacation (one that I was told later only happens once in a blue moon) to help ensure we could complete the paperwork without having to make a trip back. One of the other sons, (I apologize for not remembering his name) then helped ensure that we could have access to the boat over the holidays while the marina was shut down and found a convenient place to install a VHS given a bridge clearance issue we are facing. We have our ten hour service check coming up next week and I am sure that our next encounter with the service side of the business will be as positive as all of our experiences to date. I read through some of these other reviews and can only say that I did not experience any sign of the negative comments and hope others will consider Indian Springs Marina

It said that the engine was a 2018, when it was actually 3 years older. Then, when I actually had made a deal with the salesman, and he printed out the pricing that we agreed on, I thought that would be what I would pay. NOT! I had the boat on their trailer, ready to be delivered to my house, and was sent into the office to have the paperwork completed before I went to get the certified check. The pig behind the desk handed me paperwork, and it said that I owed over $300 more than what the salesman's printout said! I showed it to the pig, he "oinked" back that even though the printout WAS PRINTED BY THEIR SALESMAN, IT WAS INVALID BECAUSE THE SALESMAN DIDN'T SIGN IT!! Well, the boat was already on the trailer, and I did want the boat, so I paid the extra blackmail money. These people are scum. There are plenty other places to buy a boat in the area; stay away from these thieves and blackmailers.
