Madiha, the owner, was nowhere to be found and the employee was as rude as it can get. She even had the audacity to say to our face "This is just a wedding dress - it holds no importance" while taking thousands of dollars without any reimbursement. Very easy communication. Let me tell you, Anna is the sweetest! She's soft spoken and very accommodating. She provided same day service for the mother of the bride, for the wedding I'm a part of. I had my dress done within 2 weeks. She would have had it done sooner but my fault, I forgot my shoes when I came for my initial visit. So I had to go back a second time. I then came to Anna and Qobolla after reading reviews online. They were so welcoming and understood my issues. They were very patient in explaining to me the fabric I have to get. They worked on the gown for just $500 in total. Even when I was satisfied with the gown, they looked into the details and fixed it. They are extremely detail oriented, very skilled and reasonably priced. I'm extremely satisfied with my gown and their service. I would recommend to go to them for any type of alterations, even ones with a lot of work or complicated. They did a very very good job on my gown.

Complete Lack of Accountability…read more Crosscurrent location ruined a $175 dress shirt and refused to take accountability. Paul blamed everyone including the manufacturer and claimed the fabric was defective. The shirt was dry clean only and they washed it causing the blue fabric on the underside of the cuffs to bleed through. They originally said they would compensate us for the cost of the shirt and they reneged on it. He talked the talk while other customers were in the store however completely different conversation when no one was there. We got the Head Office involved and through them we have been offered a $30 credit for in store use. You've got to be kidding - they already ruined one shirt, why would I even considering using them again - no way! If I could give them 0 stars, I would have.
