I started tracking my order and it showed a UPS label was created, after days I realized there was no movement. I called Walmart and sat on hold for 2 hours. He told me he was short staffed and would ship my order next week. Finally, I see tracking movement and it arrived at my door- A 3 foot round rug!! I paid $150 for a rug that I could have bought at Dollar General for $20. Now no one answers the phone at Carpet Queen. Imagine that! One of my biggest concerns was getting rid of the orange tones in my hardwood floors, and they did an amazing job transforming them into a beautiful blonde finish using a bleaching treatment. What impressed me most was their customer service after the job was complete.
