Absolutely do not go here. This place took advantage of me during one of the most stressful times…read morebefore my wedding. I brought my wedding dress took it here to make adjustments over a month ago because my wedding is very close, and after all this time they still did not properly alter it. They claimed they "fixed" my dress, but barely adjusted anything. On top of that, they rushed me the entire appointment, acted sneaky about the pricing, and had me sign paperwork right before closing without being upfront. What makes it worse is that I was originally told one price, and then later they suddenly tried to charge me $1,000 for alterations after already making a payment. They have me it unfinished ! That is completely unacceptable. It felt dishonest, misleading, and like they were trying to trap me because my wedding is so close and I don't have time to start over somewhere else. This whole experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and shady. Instead of helping a bride with an upcoming wedding, they added more stress and tried to overcharge me after holding my dress for weeks. I truly feel taken advantage of. Please save yourself the headache, stress, and money and do not bring your dress here

If a bride's gown is going to take 13 months, state that when you are making a sale. Delaying a bride until one week before her wedding, when your people should know this is a stressful time, is wrong! Looking to push final fittings further out until 2 days before a wedding is so wrong. Telling your client one thing and not keeping your word should not be covered with a lie and nastiness. It should be a comforting honest answer. Crossing out the final date on the contract doesn't make it dissapear. When your staff says in front of us that it was supposed to be ready for the last appointment and still not being honest, causing truthful reviews to be written which will end up your demise. Learn from your reviews since reviews will make the difference for your future. Your seamstress did a wonderful job but your lack of honesty is what I will share with many others because there are many good seamstresses but if people know how hard you made this process, they won't go to you with there business.
