The place is extremely clean, the new marble floor gives this spot a more high end feel. Looks like a nice place to catch up with friends or work from (though not sure if they offer free wifi). I ordered an iced americano with coconut water which is such an inventive idea. Very delicious. My brother's latte was on the weak side, but since they're brand new they may just be working out the kinks.

There is only 1 person working the counter, making the drinks, and egg waffles so have some patience. The customers come in waves, one minute it is empty or a few customers, next minute it's crowded. Tea is flavorful and refreshing. The egg waffles are crispy on the outside though no filling in the middle. Recommend you eat it while it's hot/fresh though don't burn your mouth.
