I have been to this restaurant many times and it has never disappointed: the food is AMAZING; they have very good wines and after-meals-drinks as well; and the prices are very decent. Since it is always full of people (also because it has a lot of regulars on a daily basis!), you need to make reservations well in advance. Despite being extremely busy all the times, the staff is always very professional. I look forward to go back!

People literally sit at the table for 1 hour with one drink, talking; no pressure from servers bec they don't live off tips! So we decided "while In Trieste..join them" we ordered drinks, a plate of local meats for an app and people watch...very European. The crust was the right amount of cooked without being burnt and there's just enough toppings on the pizza without the crust being soggy.
