People literally sit at the table for 1 hour with one drink, talking; no pressure from servers bec they don't live off tips! So we decided "while In Trieste..join them" we ordered drinks, a plate of local meats for an app and people watch...very European. The crust was the right amount of cooked without being burnt and there's just enough toppings on the pizza without the crust being soggy. The servers were friendly and attentive and our meal was paced properly. They did charge a one euro cover per person, which we thought was very reasonable. Considering earlier for lunch we went to a restaurant that charged 2 euros per person.
