I brought in all the documentation about the ring and the owner told me he couldn't resize because it would ruin the ring which i understood but he then proceeded to lecture me on how buying rings from online (even though this is a reputable company i purchased it from) that its all scams and that they send all this documentation and its all garbage. i told him thank you anyway and left. he could have just said he couldn't resize it and sent me on my way but no this 15 min lecture was ridiculous and insulting to me. I do not suggest anyone go to this shop for any reason but don't take your jewelry to this man to have any work done to it. he was extremely rude and my service was so disheartening.

LaDell was very friendly on the phone and I decided to bring my banjo to him even though it was a 45 minute drive. I can attest...it was absolutely worth the drive! LaDell could not have been more helpful. He listened to my concerns and went in to solution-mode. After he made the necessary adjustments and then cleaned my banjo, which took more than 20 minutes, I asked LaDell how much I owed. He said nothing! It was "no charge." I tried to insist but he was firm in his generosity. I immediately started to look around his store so that maybe I could find something to buy. More people should take a page out of LaDell's book of going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. As a matter of fact, "Great Customer Service" could be LaDell Smith's middle name!
