This is by far the best pharmacy in north Texas! Of course they are automated just like the chain stores, which makes it convenient. The inside is always stocked with our usual items and prices are very competitive! Now for the fun part......we sometimes use the drive thru..... and without fail we order a pizza or cheeseburger as soon as the glass door is opened.... It always makes em laugh and breaks the monotony.

If you can't call someone to let them know their medication is done then don't say you can and take their information down. If you have a backlog of patients waiting on the same medication don't say it will be ready the next day. If you like to just be told to go to Walmart instead because you called twice in one day to see if your medicine was done than this is the perfect place. All they had to do was be honest. Please come in and fill out new patient info so we can call you, that medication has several patients waiting and it may be a while before we have yours. Seriously. This is crap customer service at its absolute best. Patients are people and we deserve honesty, competency and communication.

They also dispose of old meds which I find very helpful. This family has also been involved in our local community. I rarely have to wait long for my prescriptions. Refilling is easily done online. She & I were in town to attend a training & were very excited to luck into 2 baby store so close together that we would actually have time to look @ both. While the store across the street actually had exactly what I was looking for (a ruffled romper) & they carried some nicer brands of little girl clothing, such as Giggle Moon, Kiddie Land is leaps and bounds ahead of its competitor. KL has one of the largest selections & variety of inventory that I have seen in a small boutique in a while. They seemed to have a little bit of everything that you might need to buy for a baby of kid: clothing, gifts, wall frames, toys, & all sorts of accessories for babies & parents. The store was very clean, decorated cute & inviting & while it was very full it wasn't so crowded that it was difficult to get around in the store. The toe women working in the store were very friendly & helpful. We were greeted the moment we walked through the door (whereas - across the street the only time we were spoken to was when we checked out & we were the only people in that store which also had very little blocking the employees vantage point of us).

I was told I would be getting a 20% discount as a first time customer. I agreed as the product was $20 an 1/8th. so I was expecting a price of $16. All said and done after they gave me back $2 after charging my debit card $23.50. If I had known I was paying an extra $6 plus another $3 from my bank for a cash advance charge I would have paid cash. I normally use Bodega Boys and comparable 1/8 th. their everyday price is $15 tax included. Bottom line , I wound up paying $26 or an extra $10 over and above what I was told. So unless you are a first time buyer and paying cash be preparedto be overcharged.

She put a scooter together and let me try it out while she called my insurance to confirm that it would be a covered item and that they were in network. Next she called my physician to get the required office notes faxed to go with their claim for payment. Since I've met my OOP for the year there was no cost to me. She showed me how to make any necessary adjustments regarding height of handle bars, knee pad height and how to lay the handle bar down for storage and remove basket if needed. We were there less than an hour. Trina even took the scooter to the car and loaded it for us. This is an EXCELLENT facility with EXCELLENT staff. They also have a delivery service if you don't want to wait on your insurance or doctor to get them the necessary information to process your claim. Thanks so much! You guys are the best! Trina was awsome!
