Just got to Total Wines or Costco…read more This store really suffers from HORRIBLE management. These managers have deteriorated the stores selection, quality, and PRICES!!! Total wine and Costco managers are far outdoing them. And if you don't got any in your area or time to wait in line, please skip this store and just head to a local store instead. Don' waste your time, gas, miles, or money here. This store has a horrible layout that just makes NO sense. About 60% is dedicated to food. Then another 30% is wine. And the final 10% of liquor is nearly comprised of many MANY out of stock bottles. Good luck trying to find anything. Managers more focused on pushing mobile delivery orders than actually having good inventory. Won't be surprised if it runs out of business soon.

Parking is a challenge at times since they opened up a pizza place. Upon arrival, no one greeted us…read moreor said boo to us. Nothing is priced except a few bottles - and I literally mean a few that were actually priced- that were over 100.00. Im not sure if it's the 'if you have to ask you cant afford it' mentality or just pure laziness not marking their items. Their hard alcohol, after having to go to the register each time we were interested in something, was on the high side compared to Total Wines or Bev Mo. We thought we'd try to support local but ouchie wahwah.. The place has a nice vibe, but the employees, customer service, and the just plain they didn't care if you were there or not turned us off. Hard to support local when they make it so hard to want to. I'd skip this place.

I would've given this joint a 4 stars but for nostalgic reasons, I had to give them an extra star…read more So years and years ago, I actually went to the middle school and high school down the road. When I was in middle school, I would walk down to Flame Liquors during lunch and after school to pick up my "lunch" here. Back then, I had the best diet; Now and Laters (10 for $1.00), bag of Doritos and a coke. Somehow that would last me through the entire day--and even through softball practice. Crazy! Anyway, I stopped in here to grab a water when we were in the area this past weekend and it was just how I remembered it. I don't think they've done much updating since the 90's but it was clean. I was tempted to pick up a pack of Now and Laters but my Dentists voice was nagging at me in the back of my head, so I resisted. Glad I got to visit here and indulge in some great childhood memories.

This is one of those reviews where it starts off with the familiar statement "If I could give them…read more0 stars I would." TL;DR: NEVER use their car wash! The wash stopped in the middle of the cycle with the scrubbers by my doors so I was blocked in. I had no way to get out other than drive forward through the car wash which popped my bumper out and scratched the paint. Thankfully I was able to pop right back on, but certainly was not going to risk going through the car wash again. I went inside and asked for a refund, however, they refused to give me my money back. The only thing they would offer me was a new code for another car wash... the one that was currently broken. All I wanted was the $8 I paid for the car wash I did not receive, wasn't even complaining about the damage to my bumper. I was told I have to call Chevron's corporate office and take it up with them as they can not issue refunds at the store, even though they (Flame Liquors) own the car wash. I guess they really needed that $8, and I got an $8 lesson to never do business with these folks ever again.
