We visited Norwich while on vacation in the UK from California. We are always on the lookout for food places that are thought-leading, progressive, alternative, challenging, different. We were blown away by this place. These guys are the real deal. Completely committed to their vegan mission and fanatical to the point of setting up their own sustainable, local supply chain. It's literally crazy to attempt what they are doing but they're pulling it off. We left this place feeling better about ourselves and our world. This is the inspiring and enriching effect these guys have on you. The people who were working here when we visited weren't the owners but you could have been fooled. They treated us like we were guests in their home. They let us sample things and answered all our detailed questions. I couldn't believe they weren't on Yelp! but then I learned that this is more of a thing in the US not the UK. Proud to be the first rating for them!
