It is disappointing to witness these practices and observe their reliance on personal connections to staff members, particularly when presenting a false facade during corporate visits. Regrettably, employees are not remunerated for their accrued PTO upon termination, and no severance package is provided for those who are let go abruptly. While I have moved on from this company without remorse, I feel compelled to offer this candid feedback. I'm so happy they keep late hours here, they weren't busy and were able to help me get my battery replaced quickly. I brought in the dead battery, and they took a good look at it, hooked it up to a device that reads and tests the battery, and determined that it had seen better days. The bulging cell at the top didn't look too promising either. They noted that my dead battery was under warranty, and since they no longer sell my brand, it's all Die Hard batteries, which are better batteries than their previous store brand. I walked out of here not paying a cent for a new battery! The clerk was nice and patient with checking out the battery, and went and got the correct battery for me off the shelf and sent me on my way. The store was clean, and the parking was easy. They even had a taco truck going on in the parking lot! How awesome is this!? Advance Auto is my favorite auto supply store!
