I'm a homeowner so I dont use my saw alot, I went to use it the other day amd it only ran for about 10mins before shutting off and not working again. Then he tells me there is only a 30 day warranty which again he never told me or had me sign anything. I explained to him he never told me that or I would have tried to use it a month ago. He offered to check the carb on Wednesday that he's open from 9 till 7. I wrote to go out there and now he has an appointment he didn't know the day before when I was asking to have my saw fixed correctly.
