The install was quick. The techs showed up on time, told us everything they'd be doing, kept us informed of progress, and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. We received two follow-up calls to make sure everything was satisfactory. The warranty is far superior to anyone else: Good for as long as we're in the home..truly lifetime. We found other "lifetime" warranties were really only 15 years (or only five years if outdoors). The floor looks great, and it's holding up really well. I don't expect durability to be an issue. You do not get a copy of the contract until after you sign his I Pad, and when he leaves your home you get the contract you signed emailed to you. 50Floor installed a floor in my home, not with the material I was shown by the salesman, but with factory seconds. I looks like the floor has dirt stains, but these stains are molded into the floor. Never, ever sign an Arbitration agreement as you has no recourse. This is just one item the sales person lied about. I asked if there was an Arbitration Agreement, he said "NO". I saw it on my email. Again, stay far away from 50Floor!

I am a college student that…read morehad hired Suddath to move my things out of my dorm in July given that I could not return to campus to pack away my own things. In my original contract given they had charged me $120 to move my things back to campus and had promised that my stuff would arrive before I arrived on campus. Fast forward to a week before moving onto campus I was charged an additional $50 to move my things onto campus AND my stuff did not arrive until A WEEK after I had arrived on campus. Because of this, I was sleeping in a friend's sleeping bag for a week wearing the same four outfits I had packed in my bag on my trip back to school. Later I find out that multiple other students on campus were not charged AT ALL to have their things moved back to campus and they received their things the day they arrived to campus. Once receiving my items I was also upset by the fact that they had broken many of my storage containers, scratched my fridge, and had gone through undergarments that I had packed and tied shut before leaving campus for spring break. To top this off they packed SOMEONE ELSE'S PILLOWS in my boxes and after 2 emails, no one has told me what to do with them. I lived in a single last year so I have NO IDEA who's pillows these belong to. Also, communication was TERRIBLE. As noted above it took me multiple emails to get ahold of them about my damages and what to do with the pillows. They sent me a link to go through for damages and have still not addressed me on what to do with these pillows. Leading up to move-in, I had sent countless emails and called multiple times before someone could give me any information on my belongings. Which only resulted in them saying I owed them more money that was not stated on my original proposal. When speaking on the phone with my customer service attendant they were friendly and nice-- however, there are many things that need to be worked on before I would recommend ANYONE to this company. I can also say that many of my friends had the same problems with this company, if not worse (ie. stuff came back moldy, things were stolen, etc).

Jim came over and gave us a spectacular quote for the work needed and we started the project as soon as the insurance money came through. Jim and is crew worked tirelessly for days on end to get the job done. They made small tweaks and intricate details to make it beautiful and modern the way I described. I'm not an expert on design so I gave them the green light to make it gorgeous with little input from me and they blew it out of the park. For the work they put in I am forever grateful to have found such a knowledgeable trustworthy company. We will always look to them for our remodeling needs hands down. He was one of three businesses that I contacted for estimates. He was courteous and professional and told me that he would send me an estimate later in the day or Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I called the office and asked the receptionist if I could speak with Nick. She was just about to transfer me when she asked for my number and Nick would call me shortly. It is now Thursday and I have heard nothing from Nick or anyone from Beavers Contracting Services. This lack of contact speaks volumes about the lack of professional integrity of Nick and the company he represents. If they are this unresponsive to a potential customer, it casts a big shadow on their efficiency, quality of work, and professionalism. I always try to go with locally owned businesses, and I will find a company that is reliable and trustworthy. It will not be Beavers Contracting Services.
