Rice under black beans"

Salsa may or may not be the most popular condiment in the US, so I guess it all depends on what site you look at.
Anyway, I'm a big salsa fan and on some days have scooped a few spoons out of a jar to enhance breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
A few weeks ago, we were wandering around the Wells/Kennebunk/Kennebunkport area and I did what I usually do when I see a local brand of salsa. Somewhere along the line I bought a jar of Todd's Black Bean and Corn Salsa out of Bangor, Maine.
I cracked it open today and loved it. It had a deep tomato flavor, a little zip from the jalapenos, and some good crunch from the corn kernels. It was a flavorful thick salsa, with minimum "runniness" when I spooned some on a plate.
It had excellent nutritionals, and was very low in calories and sodium.
Good job, Todd!
