First, they charged extra to vacuum dog hair. Which begs the question: Had I refused the extra charge, would they have purposefully left dog hair? Extortionate. They then kept my truck for almost 2 1/2 hours, and when I got it, the running boards still had mud on them, and they used armor-all in spite of me, two visits in a row, specifying not to use it. If I could rate this business zero stars, I would. I brought my Jeep in for a hand wash yesterday Friday 1024 2025. I would say there was maybe one other customer . I got my Jeep within 20 minutes and that is detailing hand wash job windows floor mats armor all on everything. I was utterly disgusted when I got my Jeep back. So when I finally remembered to check in here on my second visit, I forgot my phone...ugh #yelpthings Anyways, both times I only got the exterior done (and both times my car was dirty af...living near nature and sugar cane truck routes will cost ya) and they do such a great job with the pre-wash. It is pretty much required if you want your car to look *really* really clean after the hands-free carwash thing. The pre-wash ($10), carwash ($5?) and drying ($5) was a total of $20 and worth it for the speed if anything. If you're super into the details and perfection, might want to do the job on your own. I don't know why all the bad reviews?! I took my car in for the Super Works Wash with leather conditioner on dash and doors and my car came out really nice. The staff was very friendly. They took their time. Yet, I went in on a Saturday Morning at 10:00 am and they got me in and out in about 35 minutes. I would have given it 5 stars but someone left a small crack in my drivers side window during wash (probably went down while wiping down inside) so my seat was about 1/3 wet. The employees are really nice. I was greeted and my car was inspected and my total was 123 and some change. That was for a total wash, vacuum, and shampoo of my front row and middle row. Oh and also my tire shine. Upon receiving my car I noticed the cup holders and pockets were not cleaned. I was told by an employee that they were not allowed to touch my personal items from these areas. I didn't know this prior to service. I was confused because my laptop, shoes, and bag were moved. I just figured they moved those items because the needed to vacuum. Courtney came to immediately wipe the pockets and cup holders. She was nice. As I left I noticed the gear shift and parking break area was never wiped, and I had sticky residue on the back on the car. For this type of money at this time of the year, I expected better. Today I went to Todd's. Wanted my car detailed inside and out. Someone signaled me to move to a line where they check cars in. Waited and waited over 10 - 15 minutes no one came. There were no cars in front of me and only one car in the next stall being cleaned. I saw 3 or 4 employees seating down eating in the next stall. No one cared. I turned around and drove away. Went to the front and asked for the manager. A black guy walked in saying he was the manager. Signaled me to follow him in my car. Went back to the same stall that now had 2 cars and 1 person working. The "manager" showed me that everyone was working so ....he didn't help at all. He wasn't very excited about his job or dealing with me. Turned around and left. If you want professional service DO NOT COME HERE. FORGET about detailing. Very unsatisfied with the $30 service I got today. I got home 20 minutes down the road and inspected the vehicle. Had to wipe down my whole truck once I was home due to tire shine allllll over my white truck. Half the tires have shine, my rims were cleaned whatsoever besides from the wash itself. If I could give them zero stars I would! My husband got his truck detailed there yesterday and left with scratches and places where paint completely came off. His truck is a 2021 tundra! This should never happen. When he showed them what they did they claimed they didn't do it and got the manager. The manager called Todd and Todd proceeded to tell my husband he needed to go find the paint on the ground (wet concrete mind you) to prove that they did it!! After reading reviews this morning I have found NUMEROUS reviews of paint damages occurring to vehicles very similar to my husbands situation, along with vehicles being damaged in general. Todd then called my husband back wanting to see the truck himself. We live in lake Charles so he can't show him until Tuesday. In the meantime we've been in contact with our lawyer. I'll probably never come back here again. First time I ran my car through the tunnel, it resulted in a big chip in my paint so then I started getting hand washes here. They must not pay attention to what they are doing because on two difference occasions they tried to run my car through the tunnel. I had to run out and tell them it was a hand wash. I always have to tell them to redo it bc they always forget to wash my rims or the rear end where my license plate is. PS. They went up on their prices 10 dollars for a hand wash bc they said to run the car through the tunnel is 30 bucks so they had to increase the other prices read more

I had a really great experience as a first time guest here! They were running a special for a free car wash with an oil change, and I needed both! There were close to 15 guests in line ahead of me so I thought there would be quite a wait! They got me in and out in exactly 30 minutes, no hassle whatsoever. Todd's always does a very thorough job cleaning your car. They get the door jams, the trunk and sunroof rims, they clean it all. Definitely the best in town. The only thing that keeps me from going 5 stars is the time it takes to get in and out of there. On very rare occasions, you can make it in and out in 20 minutes (only happens within the first hour of opening). But on most days, plan on at least 30 - 45 minutes for a wash and dry. read more

I didn't get the feeling my car was cared for very well, watched the driver let cars roll 2 car lengths on their own out of the blowers before jumping in. Took 1 hour and 5 mins on a cloudy Saturday morning to get carpet shampooed and a car wash. They carpet came out clean the floor mats on the other hand just looked like they ran a hose over them and stuck them in the trunk. Serious they were dripping wet when I took them out of the trunk. Went in for an Oil Change today, and got my free carwash and vacuum. I went during mid-morning on a Monday, and they were super quick. Faster than I expected, really. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect score is because they didn't vacuum the back of my SUV, which is a little odd. I only know because there were some chunks of dirt that were still there. I have used Todd's for many years and never had any issues. This past week I had Approximately $700 of money and items stolen from my truck during an oil change/carwash. I pulled off the property then immediately did a U-turn on Johnston to return. The front desk stated the oil change workers had left for the day and they would not be able to review the video tapes until first thing in the morning. Of course first thing must not happen until I show up at 10AM the following morning. I was greeted by the Owner which was completely rude and acted like I was in the wrong by showing back up to check the status. He was short and told me to call the cops as he turned his back on me. I walked outside and did in fact call cops in which I did not want to do knowing I would be wasting their time. I only wanted to see if Todd has seen anything from his surveillance videos or a simple I'm sorry for your experience. My wife which left a Facebook review was sitting outside as I talked to the Cop. Todd then proceeded to hunt her down minutes after the review posting and had the audacity to shove his cell phone in her face while waiving it and stating Thanks for the Review you have do not have a clue of what you're talking about! Of course my wife and him got into a argument since she does not stand for men that belittles the women class or uses bullying in public as scare tactics. I see Todd and one of his workers in my wife's face so I quit talking to the cop to go see what is happening. I followed Todd into the store and only stated Never approach my wife AGAIN. My oil changes and washes probably total over $1000 a year. My family and friends have all been told this story and will NEVER return to Todd's. I have since ordered the items that was stolen and worked to replace the money. I would rather the public read this review and go to a place of business with a owner that actually respects and appreciates his customers instead of bullying women and treating his customers like they are the thieve. A simple sorry and proper handling in reviewing the tapes would satisfied this customer. To hunt down and verbally attack a 120 pound woman over a facebook review was a bad move. Hope this causes you to lose the money you stole from me every day! I vow to make this the most expensive oil change your company has ever suffered.
