Moved out our stuff in the garage, safely wrapped our car that was in there to ensure no paint got on it. Protected everything, we're very thorough with cleaning afterwards. We got somewhere between 5-7 quotes for this job, their pricing was very fair. They were fast to respond. Just all around a good hire for the job - would recommend.

They helped me select new colors, matched some existing ones, made good recommendations, and followed through on everything. I could not have asked for a better experience. They communicated well with me and my tenants the entire time. Very professional all around. They have recently returned to prepare my rental for a new tenant and they did a smashing job. The inside was shining when they left. As an out-of-town landlord, I highly value them. They have done more than painting too and their work was excellent. Thank you Alice and Team at Painter ECol!!

We had our kitchen cabinets redone in our house and they came as a recommendation from a colleague…read more David did the measurements and did a computer measurement of the cabinetry that was to be installed. It fit perfect. When installing the cabinetry they miss-measured and had to take out a cabinet, making a large gap on each side of the kitchen sink. The kitchen sink is not centered to the window, the dishwasher now has 5 inch gaps on each side, plus the 4 inch gap between the corner cabinet and the sink that are on the same side of the wall. There is a shelf with no pegs to hold it up. One shelf is warped. There is a drawer that will not connect to the railing underneath. Lastly they put a 5 inch by 5 inch hole in our sub floor and we can see the basement through it. I am having to repair things myself. When asking them to fix the sub floor Dave just wanted to nail a board to the sub floor to cover the hole. We told him this would not work because we are putting in flooring soon and it will make a bump in the floor. We asked him to go in the basement and fix the hole so there would not be a bump and we just get the answer "that is not what we do".

These guys are exceptional. I called around to five or six different concrete cutting companies…read more They were all a month or more out and two of them never got back to me. I called Gemini Concrete and they instantly answered and told me they could get to my job in a couple of days, which would have been Tuesday, of course, at 7 am Monday morning, I'm notified they want to take care of me today. My wife had a request that when they remove this enormous chunk of concrete between our new addition and our old foundation, they leave the interior wall intact so the dust and dirt do not come into the house. When I say they cut my concrete like a laser, I'm not exaggerating. The blade didn't touch anything inside the home. I was blown away! They even broke the piece they cut out into four pieces, like my excavator wanted, which took them much longer than anticipated. No complaints, just smiles. They stayed till it got dark and finished the job. Epic company and phenomenal work. I recommend without hesitation.

Didnt call or show up first day, so I called 8:00 AM second day to see if I was on the schedule. They didnt know who I was. Started over. When they finally did come, it was without notice. That's my only critique. The work was flawless, the guys that did the work were friendly and efficient, and they left no mess. Their price was 1/3d the price quoted by A-Core for the same job. I watched and they used professional equipment and did it right. Im a builder so I feel like I know what Im looking at. 20 mins start to finish, 3 mins to core drill thru 8" of concrete foundation.

This was a small but difficult job: replacing worn-out glides on a cabinet that pulls in and out…read moreand holds a trashcan under our kitchen sink. It was difficult, because these units aren't supposed to fit under kitchen sinks--the plumbing gets in the way. Furthermore, ours was old and warped, so nothing was square or true. I got a master class in cabinet installation just watching Isaac work his way through the possibilities and figure out how to accomplish the nearly impossible. While he was here, Isaac also fixed a set of blinds that had fallen off the wall, pulling down a window casing with it. That required ingenuity too. Isaac figured out why it had fallen in the first place and re-engineered it so that it won't fall again. He is an amazing craftsman, and the price is also right: at the end, he said I should pay hime whatever I thought the job was worth.
