He told me it was $125 for the address and an additional $75 for service. I specifically asked if my small claims court fee covered service and he said "yes" but advised I pay him to do it instead because he has better results. My mistake, not knowing any better I took his word and immediately Zelled him $200. Despite promising a one to two day turn around of the address report, it took multiple unanswered phone calls for him to finally text me the results on August 7th. Many days after he promised them. On August 9th I sent Cory a text that read "Hey, I just filed all the small claims paperwork and the clerk had highly suggested I have the Sheriff serve them. She told me to give that a try and worst case said she can get me the paperwork for you to serve them. I should know in about a week from today if the Sheriff was successful in serving them. I hope you have a good weekend." On August 30th I sent Cory a text that read "Hey Corey, are you healing up (he told me he had been in a 4 wheeler accident)? I just got notification that she was served by the sheriff yesterday. Is it possible to get a refund for the service portion I prepaid for?" Despite multiple unanswered texts and phone calls over a period of weeks, Cory blocked my number without ever responding. I reached out to them on September 12th via Facebook to ask for a response. I was told service "was attempted" despite Cory never having been given the green light to serve paperwork or possessing a copy of the civil suite. They have now blocked me on Facebook and refuse to explain how they "attempted service". If you're looking for a terrible, unprofessional PI give this guy a call. Otherwise, I'd probably use someone else.
