Agree with Richard G. My experience with Kate Miller Bowles and her staff was traumatizing. She was not prepared, made me wait then deflected blame, her paralegal was nasty and dishonest, was unfamiliar with my case when necessary. Kate Miller Bowles also conveniently had charges that totaled what they knew was in my bank account. She spent more time looking into my bank account than preparing to represent me. She had seemed competent during the initial consultation, but cowered and caved to the other attorney when I needed adequate and skilled representation. In the end, she had wasted every meeting we had and disregarded all of my concerns. Kate Miller Bowles also did not follow up on additional concerns that she told me she would. At the end, she only used the very initial, original forms that had been sent to her prior to even our initial consult and disregarded all that had been given and discussed for months of meetings. She only cost me losses after losses. Also her paralegal documents deceptively and was incorrect on dates and times and missed documentation she never sent me but then accused me that I should have known the law process. Kate Miller Bowles also sucker-punched me by having her husband stand in our appointment without my prior knowledge which was even further traumatizing as he reminded me of and spoke very much like past abusers. This is just a skim piece of review on how awful that experience was. My ex was very very pleased with the experience. His lawyer completely bullied over Kimberly Miller Bowles and she caved to whatever the other lawyer said, no matter how much proof I had of the falsehoods, omissions, and untruths. read more
