I was ripped off by a company won't say the name I hired Kaitlin taylor but I guess she didn't want to represent me so she gave my case to another attorney by the name or Sophia which should have made me suspicious but even from the initial consult I sensed deception but I didn't know where else to turn so I forked over 2500$ of my hard earned money for the retainer under the assumption that they would go after said company and I would be taken care of and i wouldn't have to worry about anything sophia reviewed my documents and even sent out a demand letter Needless to say the company never responded to it and so she had gave me a few options I could keep her but it would cost 30 thousand dollars which I can't afford or I could give up because she doesn't think I could recover much of my money or I could go in alone which is what I wish I would have done she charged me for 8 hours of work which I don't feel she did at 250$ per hour and after no results I was only left with 500$ if this was all I had left to my name then I would be crying at this very moment please and I mean this as a way to protect us the people from money hungry attorneys like this STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE RICH OR ARE LOOKING TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF do not try to come here for small claims issues if I could broadcast this on the local news I would people can barely afford to pay their bills due to COVID but you have lawyers like this that are ripping people off 2000$ for hardly no work sounds like a steal maybe i should become a lawyer to

That is why he lost his license to practice Law, he does not care about his clients he only cares about getting your $$ and never following through on any of his promises!!! I have been asking him for a statement and receipt for a cash payment of $12,500.00 cash we gave him to defend my husband, which he did a horrible job of that, gave nothing but excuses, he costed my husband a month of his life, but John did not mind taking our Hard earned $12,500.00. John Snyder also lost his license for 3 years for doing a bad job for another lady as well, skipped court dates, but John took her $$ and did not do his job!! I engaged the bar and realized he had lost his license to practice. I was patient for years, figuring he had suffered much personal loss through his actions, but I have faith that even people that make mistakes sometimes try to change. He paid a little after requesting I remove a negative Google review, which I did, and he placed a little cash in our mailbox. Continued to remind him of his debt and received lots of empty promises. The bar closed the grievance I had opened in 2023 and suggested that they are only an advocate and were sorry I could not reach an agreement with Mr. Snyder. I did reach an agreement. He just never repaid the money. They suggested I sue him, what he owed me was not nearly what I'm sure he owed the people that did fight and got his license revoked. I'm not one to throw good money after bad. When the bar tells you, hire a lawyer to fight the lawyer, we know they have lost any purposeful use also. Not sure if he has gotten his license back, but he has started another business called Prospering Solutions. I'm sure he will prosper. I hope he goes back and makes good on all the promises he made others that he has not fulfilled. Be aware of the name John Snyder....or Prospering Solutions....for any work.
