A real disappointment, lots of money with no results. 2.0…read morestars Posted by anonymous September 17, 2026 My case has been going on for a year with zero results and tens of thousands of dollars in debt. He doesn't read emails. He does respond to text messages and says he will get you answers but never does. He has been a huge disappointment and does not seem to care about what I am dealing with. I've told him I need better communication from him but it doesn't help. The only thing his firm is prompt about is sending invoices. I could never in good conscience recommend him to anyone. The only reason I have not yet changed attorneys is because of the money I have invested so far. I'm at the end of my rope and if things don't improve very soon I will seek a new attorney. If it comes to that I will do a lot more research before choosing someone.it would be nice if I could find an attorney who cares about me and my situation and is willing to provide a free consultation. If there are any attorneys out there I'd like to know.

She met me with calm confidence and told me something I've carried with me ever since: Take baby steps. That advice became a lifeline -- not just in my divorce, but in every hard moment since. My divorce was long, complex, and painful. Chris' tenacity, deep knowledge of the legal system, and steady guidance gave me the clarity I needed to move forward. She always told me the truth -- not just what I wanted to hear -- and made sure I understood each part of the process. That alone built a trust I never took for granted. Because of her, I was able to focus on showing up for my son during one of the hardest chapters of my life, knowing I had someone incredibly capable and committed in my corner. I recommend Chris wholeheartedly. She is a rare combination of brilliance, strength, and compassion -- and I'm endlessly grateful to have had her by my side.

She set my mind at ease from beginning to end. Too often you hear the negative stories about attorneys not taking the time to give their clients' case attention and dedication. The results are often time, a less than favorable outcome for the client. Being assured that would not be the case with attorney Robyn Hicks-Guinn she far exceeded my expectations. She provided periodic updates by phone or by email with new information about case. She was available anytime to answer any questions or concerns that I had, handled court date continuances, and filed any required paperwork on my behalf. Her take charge attitude provided me comfort, knowing that she had my best interest at heart and that my case would be handled aggressively and professionally.
