To be fair, my case was ultimately filed and processed. However, the client experience throughout the process was incredibly disappointing. Communication was consistently poor, responses were often vague or dismissive, and there was very little guidance, transparency, or follow-up unless I repeatedly pushed for answers myself. The most frustrating part was spending nearly two months trying to get meaningful updates after my trustee payment had already been delivered and cleared my account. At one point, I was told that follow-up with the trustee was not included in their services and that I could contact the trustee directly myself. After doing exactly that, I later received a response telling me not to follow up with the trustee further -- despite being instructed to contact them in the first place. Bankruptcy is already stressful enough without feeling like an inconvenience for asking reasonable questions about your own case. Good legal service is not just filing paperwork. Communication, professionalism, empathy, and client support matter too, and that was severely lacking here. I would never use this attorney again, and I would not recommend him to anyone who values communication, reassurance, or basic client support during a difficult process.

But, after reading reviews for those companies, it appeared to me that many of their clients were simply trying to reduce their tax debt. In my case, I had done everything right, and I did not want to be labeled or looked at as someone who was just wanting to have their taxes reduced. I wanted the fines eliminated!!! At first, I tried to explain my situation on my own to the IRS. They denied my request the first time to eliminate my fines, as they said that even though I used a tax service to prepare my taxes, the results were still my responsibility. They met everyone they were trying to both place and any company they were trying to fill a position for before they even decided to work with anyone. They reviewed your resume and portfolio giving solid advice on how to improve your overall presentation so that you would be able to connect with the right position. So in 2021 when I was back in the market for a job they were the first staffing firm I reached out to help me connect with the right opportunity. On the many times, I have tried to connect with someone I have basically ended up on a mailing list that sends me possible jobs that may or may not be the right fit for me. If I think I am a good candidate I am to email back with my current resume and a link to my portfolio and hope that someone sees it and gets back to me. I have been working with a number of recruiters and staffing firms and I do understand that the creative fields are highly oversaturated. Which makes staffing those positions even more difficult, especially with the level of remote work out there. It's been almost a year since I started trying to work with any recruiter at the firm and have talked on the phone with someone at this office once after quite a few emails trying to get a local human being that could help me. The phone call was cordial but the person I spoke with had to go after only speaking with me for a few minutes and promised a follow-up I never received. I have responded to many of the positions I was very much qualified for but never heard back. I found myself calling them the Cyborg Staffing firm to my husband because it feels like they forgot that the H in HR stands for human. Because it has been so challenging to get in touch with a human there. I don't know what else to do other than share my experience so others won't feel like they are also wasting so much precious time.

I hired Mark Jetton as my lawyer. I was being wrongly accused of something quite serious and I needed a good lawyer. I had asked around and his name came up repeatedly. I met with him for a consultation and was immediately put at ease. He was very professional and you could tell he was experienced and very knowledgeable. My case eventually ended up going to trial. But during the months before the court date, I met a few more times with Mark. He always took the time to answer all of my questions. The trial itself took quite a long time. There were a lot of witnesses to work through. Mark was diligent during the whole process, and was quite aggressive during the cross-examinations. He asked very specific and tailored questions in order to bring all of their inconsistencies to light. Gave me a lot of confidence. Ultimately the judge ruled in our favor. I was going to write a lengthy review on the details of my case and how it was handled by Mark Jetton and his firm, but since I hired Mark- nothing technically happened. Needing an attorney is a stressful and daunting situation to be in. I did my research and spoke with a few other attorneys about my case before speaking with Mark. I knew right away from his confidence and experience I wanted him fighting by my side. After our first meeting, he told me he would get my license back by noon the next day. My son was pulled over and given a dwi and texting while driving on a holiday weekend. We called Mark Jetton and he returned our call on that same day. He listened carefully to understand and told us in detail what to expect. He was able to get my son's driver's license back within 2 days without having any insurance impacts. He then did thorough research reviewing the video evidence as well as talking with the cop gathering numerous evidence that proved that this arrest should not have occurred. Although the process took time, the outcome was a complete dismissal of all charges. Mark impressed me with how he knew the law and understood the dynamics of the court room. Mark has been the most professional and courteous Lawyer I have ever met. He has helped me so many times when I was wrongfully accused by my ex-wife and every single time he stood by me and made sure that the truth came out. I am from Oklahoma, and my story is way too long to explain, but my only experience in the great state of North Carolina turned into a 6 day nightmare. About a year ago I got a dui in mint hill. I was parked on the side of the road and an off duty ambulance pulled over to check on me and called the cops and I was busted.I hired Mr.Jetton after my public defender started to fall behind on my case. I started to get worried that she wouldn't be able to defend me and I'd end up with and interlock system in my car and some hefty fines. Unfortunately, that's not what I received. While the attorneys knew all the right things to say, talk alone isn't enough. In this case, talk was very expensive, and actions simply didn't align with the promises. Trial preparation felt rushed and incomplete, despite having more than adequate time. The lack of assertiveness and execution was especially disappointing given the nature and importance of the case. If you're looking for a law firm that will truly advocate for you with preparation, follow-through, and action--not just words--I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Why waste our time for your financial gain and cause so much emotional stress knowing there was no reason we couldn't handle this outside of court. In addition to I asked for cost up front and never received a bill until after several request and after court. From day one I should've received a statement of charges and fees. Family matters are too stressful/emotional for someone to take advantage of you during that time.
